Whenever I pop into this Greggs they seem to always be out of certain things. No Tottenham cake, hardly any toasted sandwiches and no sausage rolls. Maybe they need to up their stock if it's so popular.

Arrived there at 8 am, hoping to get some lunch for the day ahead. Very few sandwiches are available.I was surprised to see staff not wearing aprons or name badges. The younger lad serving us was very polite and friendly, as was the other man serving. However, he looked a bit messy. His shirt was covered in dirty marks it looked like he had wiped his hands down his top or leant up against something. He also wore his hat backwards.Saw another member if staff was possibly a manager, but again, no badge, no apron.pi

Entered the store and wanted to buy my daughters a novelty bun each. These come with different designs. I wanted to get one mermaid and one unicorn. There was an unopened packet of 6 on show in the glass display (this is how they are delivered to the store). I asked for the two cupcakes for my daughter's and the sales assistant refused to sell them to me. He said "I am not allowed to open a new packet". Just disbelief. I just walked out after he refused to sell me it with such a ridiculous escuse. Further training with staff needed but also don't display things that you won't sell.

Shocking service st Chessington Greg's i ordered two of the double up deals (breakfast rolls with coffees and extra hash bowns and lunch baguette with cold drinks.All I received was 1 baguette, 2 coffees and 2 cold drinks! Shame on your Greg's hook!
Good selection of grub. Friendly staff. The only downside is the food that's left in the display cabinets in the late afternoon is cold and not kept hot. But doesn't stop me from eating it!
