You know you are going to pay over the odds for food in theme parks however you’d expect better quality for the money paid. Nearly £14 for a burger, chips and drink. I’ve never had a burger so dry in all my life, no flavour and cold! The chips were good but the coke was flat. The wait was so long it wasn’t worth wasting our time to try and sort the food issues out.

Absolutely terrible - food was awful and overpriced and they mixed up my order and failed to resolved it and they make you wait in a seperate queue for a vegetarian

Ordered a cheeseburger and 2 lots of chicken piece meal, waited about 10 minutes chicken was ok, chips were luke warm and the burger bun was so rock hard I could've knocked someone out with it and the burger was so tough I couldn't even tear it apart with my hands, I took it back told the girl she said oh do you want chicken then I said no I want a burger that's edible got another one which was just cooked but still tasted awful

This place has a large seating area but no heating, and it's a mess. We all sat in coats having lunch. There are around 6 buyers to choose from. Meals are £13 which include a burger, small chips, and small drink.Touch machines to place orders and a collection point. The burger patty was very poor, chips pipping hot, but overall wouldn't return. The food arrived quickly despite it being busy. I remember when it used to be a burger, King and Miles better.Toilets next door.

We went with our Son and family including 3 children aged 4,9 & 12 during their pre Christmas opening. For 7 of us we spent £87 on burger meals and a chicken nugget meal for the 4 year old. That was the only edible and satisfactory meal. The burgers were over cooked and like eating slices of rubber. Chips just warm, drinks never arrived as they ran out of coffee and then offered hot chocolate which they also run out of. Of the 6 burgers only 1 and a half were eaten in total. When spoken to, staff just passed it if as they were very busy! Provided a feedback to Chessington and with lots of promises to inspect things they really weren’t interested. Appalling food at an exorbitant price, our suggestion is take your own picnic or food. Very very disappointed at how we were treated and poor customer service response.

The worst burger ever. Messy, order process is awful has a manager actually been here and eaten. Only reason people eat here is a lack of choice. Love chessington this place is diaspointing at best. Fries are

Today I was so excited to be to the park for my first time ever...The worst experience ever!Horrible place, dirty and food made me feel very sick?I had a food poisoning so badly!Meat was hard overcooked and cold at the same time...floor and tables very dirty...the counter full of chips, on the floor over the hot tray where they keep the food warm...Messy,dirty,spare chips everywhereI would have loved to attach my Superdrug receipt...I had to purchase Imodium straight away ( sorry to be specific...but it s needed genuinely )

Its on park food. Not great quality for a lot of money. Several of the children's drinks had to be asked for as weren't put on our teay

Food was OK and pretty quick but you can only order certain things from the kiosks, for things like just chips you have to go to the till to order.

Honestly the worst place to eat in Chessington, dry and tasteless burgers that is way overpriced considering how poor the quality is. The worst thing is you can't buy a drink?! You can only buy a drink if you are buying a combo meal. Spend your money elsewhere, theres a reason it's always quiet in there.

Food is pricey but burgers were nice. The trees are a cool feature. Staff don't seem to want to interact, everything has to be ordered at the self service machines. Hectic when it's busy- try to avoid the usual lunch time rush hour!

It was a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but its a theme park and should have expected it. The burgers were ok but the size portions for chips were small and only fizzy drink or water for choice with meal deal, which is all you can order, you can't just order a single burger or chips.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no steps to enter the restaurant from side doors.

I would not recommend, the food is so overpriced which you’d expect at a theme park but the food is so bland and dry, coke was like drinking water, don’t wast your money.
