If I could I wouldn’t give any stars ordered a pizza in the store got over charged then the next day had food poisoning been of and on the toilet all night had diarrhoea, fever, chills. Called the store and one of the managers Erica said there’s nothing she can do, didn’t even apologise. I’ve had to get in contact with customer service I’m not impressed there’s one thing with food safety but another customer service. I’ve never been so shocked about how managers treat their customers after a incident they caused it’s appalling

Waited an hour for my pizza, comes to the door and its the wrong pizza, I have a serious allergy and had I not noticed I could have had an anaphylactic shock. Worst dominos I have ever dealt with.

Our Pizzas were delivered fairly quickly. Service is good. I needed a slight change to my pizza and called them. My pizza was delivered how I wanted it. Nice and hot. Just not that tasty. The guy on the phone was polite. And so was the delivery person.Quality of pizza not great. I’ll have to try another kind of pizza to see if it’s any better.Domino's is such a huge pizza chain I think the pizza quality could be a lot better.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the manager Erica and regional manager:Dom. So I usually order a garlic base pizza but on this occasion they refused me. They wouldn’t make an exception , which doesn’t make sense, so what they said was we aren’t allowed to use the garlic butter yet they use it for garlic bread, apparently they can’t change the recipe, I didn’t ask them to change any recipe I asked them to put garlic butter and cheese as my son has allergies. They’ve done it for me before but they completely refused it, they know my child has allergy. After a long time on the phone to them they said refund will take 3-5days , did my money take 3-5 days to get to them? They were literally screaming off the phone, they don’t value their customers. I understand why their overall rating is a 3, it all adds up now. I’ve told them I don’t have money to be waiting 3-5days. Another time I made an order and they burnt the crust , after the kids picked up a few slices they said they won’t return it , the crust was burnt and it was domino’s fault yet they told me they can’t return it and give me a new one because they’ve had 1-2 , I don’t understand their work ethics.Dietary restrictions: They don’t accommodate to dietary requirements

I have made an order today from just eat and got a pizza was hardly any cheese on it. It was dry and tasteless by far one of the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time.

Pizza quality here is absolutely rubbish. I work for dominos and this store is bad.The pizza came first time with the driver not even handing it to me out the pizza bag, just knocks on my door with the box in his hand, not hot at all, warm. The dip is box was opened and the box was all dirty. I got the order remade after calling up the store.The second time was better, driver handled it to me out the pizza bag and it was hot, however, the quality of the pizza was bad.I ordered a thin crust pizza and it wasn't very thin crust, the edges wasn't all the same, parts were big and after eating the pizza, I got a tummy ache.First time I ordered and will be the last time from that store.

I really like dominos, this specific restaurant is quick and efficient, customer service is decent but yesterday when i ordered a pepperoni pizza you can see on the picture how it was made. The pepperoni was all on top of each other and like the whole middle of the pizza had none on it. Pretty disappointed coz it did kinda ruin it for me personally. Spread them out people pls.

Order never turned up and when called they told me that my order had been delivered. Asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund as they thought I was trying to get a free pizza. What a rubbish service from this store, will not recommend it to anyone.

App says 30 mins. Phoned store to find out it was actually going to take 2 hours. Requested a cancellation and refund. Customer service was rude and unapologetic and hung up on me. Never again.
