Wow. The town I lived in growing up had a family owned Sicilian restaurant that was open for almost 75 years and this food reminded me of that restaurant. We started off with calamari and the garlic prawns cook in olive oil and butter. The garlic prawns was to die for.I ended up using the bread to soak up the rest of the leftover juices and garlic and olive oil. The calamari was cook perfectly and not rubbery like most places.
