Check your drive-in ordered pack before you leave!! It's becoming a normal practice, particularly in this McDonald's branch. Out of my 7 experiences, 3 went wrong. At least 1 item was missing in the pack. We had to ask them, then the left item came with a sorry face. I don't know if it's carelessness or a strategy. I'm not going to blame the person who delivers through the window, because every time a different person is delivering the pack. The person inside who packs should check the menu and the number of items are matching. Provided all the computers and images.I will visit next time and update the review if there are any changes. POSSIBLY THE WORST FOOD EVER FOR ANY Mc DONALDS! I was in there tonight I could see my food on the side, I was also the only person in the store, and I couldn’t speak to someone because nobody was in sight or came out. It took the store more than 30 mins to prepare and serve me even though we ordered on the app. The food was cold when I got it home only 6 mins away! I will never use that restaurant again, this has to be the worst level of service at any McDonald’s in the area and that I have ever shopped at, always get the food wrong if missing stuff, and service is shocking.

I'm a McD's fan, but this place was terrible (Chingford E4 7PU). Had to wait ages for the food (I think they prioritized the drive-through section over the diner), there were no ice cream desserts, at all, and no milk shakes. When I got the meal, the cheeseburger was probably only a bit bigger than a Mr Kipling's cake. Poor service & pathetic portion size. Not impressed.Parking: You might have to dodge around the queue for the drive-through a bit, but there were spaces available.

An absolute joke.. not enough staff and cannot handle it when it’s slightly busy. Put your hands in your pocket and hire more people.

Well, in the morning we came for coffee, it was open but without service! ? There was not even a foot of any employee ???. The McDonald's chain probably opened a new self-service operation ???
