OK for the kids...just about. Unfortunately chips were greasy. Portions for the kids were tiny.Don't recommend for adults, just very dry. Should have waited to get home for lunch or just got a simple jacket potatoe.Overall spacious inside, prices are cheap. Kids eat free.

I saw one of the most awful staff I ever seen, really rude and low attitude, never listen to people ,really need to teach them how to behave,

Very pleasant experience. Friendly place with helpful staff. Had beans on toast with egg and my companions had full breakfasts. Coffee was excellent. Last came here about 6 years ago and much improved since then. Only slight negative it was an unusually hot and humid day and air con wasn't quite reaching window seat.

My friend and I went for coffee and scones this morning. It was inedible. The scones were dry and so stale. The coffee machine is another let down with almost cold coffee and not to forget the cups are so stained that you feel like they have not been washed. I would be grateful if someone can get in touch with me. The bill was about £6 which is not a lot but customers should be treated well,

Nice bright cafe with decent food. The prices are good and good choice available. The till staff though can be the hardest hurdle to pass. Often will make you feel like they are doing you a favour and will get ignored fire a while before served or will look busy with taking your order. Any requests will often get a shaking if the head. This seem to apply to a number of staff at the till so I can only assume this must be a culture that is being accepted at this branch. The online order system is not very good otherwise would rather use that she give this place a 4* or even 5*.Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs, though may not be very cleanParking: Available free.

Had the afternoon tea today in Chingford morrisons which was a bargain at £5 for 2. Normally £10 for 2 which is still very good value. It was nice the scones were lovely and we had 2 different mini pots of jam plus adequate clotted cream and even butter. The little pot of cheesecake was lovely too. Sandwiches fresh and also got mini pork pie each. It was served on a cake stand with pot of tea each.

Nice and relaxed café, not pretentious but decent food. Super cheap at the moment with kids eating for free and everything being 50% off - I just fed a family of 4 for £5.27! You can't say fairer than that. The food was a bit slow to come out but it's a minor grumble. The staff were friendly too.

Well organised, keeping safe distancing and track & trace info. I had tea there yesterday waiting for the RAC to come and fix my car; I had put diesel in by mistake, pump station staff were kind and helped the best they could. All the pumps are green so its easy to make a mistake, perhaps the diesel pumps should be a different colour.

Great quality hot food, excellent prices and service always with a warm welcome. Ideal for coffee before or after a shop. Very good value for money and love their variety of food and party supplies.
