I ordered a pizza and some sides on line, including my address. I was not asked to select a particular restaurant/takeaway. Ten minutes later I got a phone call from Woodford Green pizza hut. They were refusing to deliver my order, saying that I lived too far away.(!) They had prepared my order, could I collect it? No I couldn't. So they said they would cancel my order and refund me. I tried to order again but this time my order was directed to Enfield, even farther away. So I had to give up on that and walk down to my local pizza hut to get my order, which involved a walk and a long wait. I was not refunded for my original order so the following Wednesday I contacted the central pizza hut team, they were good and refunded me two days later. What a performance though! And how HOW HOW can I send an order through to my local pizza Hut in South Chingford? On line it is totally impossible.!!
