Nice Cafe Nero in Chiswick. Friendly staff and decent single origin coffee option.
Disgusting service! We seat outside and order coffee and cakes, they charged me seat in price but served me coffee in takeaway cups and cakes in cardboard boxes! After I ask them why they served me in takeaway cups and boxes they said the dishwasher is not working. When one of my friends tried to go to the toilet they said the toilet is not in use!! ???
Have become very ill after having an iced latte here (suspected the milk or the ice possibly), 18/02/24 anyone had the same experience possibly?
It's ok for a coffee and quick
Got in late afternoon on a Sunday. Took sometime for the male member of staff to acknowledge us and even longer to serve. Frontline clearly wasn't his thing so I'll be avoiding this place in the future
Good coffee. Nice pannini.
A nice Nero in middle Hammersmith roundabout. Good old Neros.
Delicious! Everything was spot on, and it wasn't busy at all. My wife had the ristreto, which was very good and very strong. I had a capuchino, which was also very good. I got a peach ricotta that was delicious, and my wife had a vegetarian sausage roll. The girl warmed up the sausage roll while we sat down. After warming it up, she plunked it down on the counter, then stood there staring at us. If you are in the service industry, you need to serve. Especially if you want tips, and there was a tip cup on the counter.
I like this place Make best coffee And have best view
Really great little store clean and great service. Of the chain coffee shops, Nero is the best. This one was a nice example.

Pop in for coffee to go every once in a while, can’t complain. Nice friendly staff.People complaining about staff eating food (how dare they!) or not greeting customers by their name (I’ve been going there for a week!) should get real.
