Ordered a pistachio iced latte twice. First time, it didn't come with coffee. Second time, it didn't come with pistachio.If you're advertising a drink that you can't get right, you should probably stop selling it altogether.

The new coconut and caramel iced latte is delicious, and the sitting area upstairs is quiet and comfy - a great way to chill and wait for the rain to stop!

I like the atmosphere here, but the cup tasted detergent. Also the Wifi security here is not good enough and didn’t let my laptop to be connected which the Starbucks wifi next door is always fine.

Used to like here before Covid-19 and even during the pandemic was good. But since then something has changed. The best chai latte was at Nero for me, but the last time when I ordered it was kind of a latte that was so interesting. And the toilet smells recently. Hope to see some improvement soon.? ? Lovely, big space.
