Domino's Pizza - London - Chiswick

Bad service

Basically I had ordered a pizza from your store and my delivery was late to arrive and the food came cold and I called the store and spoke with a manager and they promised me that when ever I order pizza again I should mention it to them and that they would put it on the system that I would receive a free pizza on my next order.

Today I’ve tired to call to make an order and the promise that was made is not being kept. On other occasion I’ve had items missing from my order and also been given a wrong order.

That’s not right it’s disgusting that Domino’s can’t keep their promises to customers.

First time using this one since Brentford shut, pizza is undercooked? Just leave it in the oven till it’s cooked? Why am I cooking it in my oven? The pizza I ordered for u to cook

The lady was so rude and had unnecessary attitudes, I didn't like the way she spoke to me and how she was raising her voice.

I’ve been using this branch ever since lockdown in 2020 and never had an issue with there. Recently on my birthday, I accidentally ordered cookies instead of potato wedges so I quickly phoned them to change the order with no additional charge. The right order came because they listened which is really good service. Will order more till I move out of the area.

This is my first time experience in london which one was so bad in this branch . ESPECIALLY the girl who is still working their her behaviour was so rude not welcoming, misbehaved with me . PLEASE DO INVESTIGATION ON HER OR ELSE NOW I WILL TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST HER AND YOUR CHISWICK BRANCH .

For the past 5 years all branches of pizza dominos I've been to London and pizza have all changed there ingredients and dough to cheaper less tasty alternative. I would go local Italian only now or pizza

Does anyone know if the drivers work directly for dominos or Uber etc?

I compared a dozen pizza delivery options in the area, interested in a tasty pizza with a stuffed crust. I assumed dominos would be overly expensive so didn't consider it at first. I checked their website before making a decision then saw they had a Black Friday deal with 50% off which made it the best priced. The pizza was delivered within 30 minutes so it tasted very fresh. It was delicious. A great order!

Forgot a pizza and woman on phone was rude and dismissive and hung up on us when we were enquiring where it was.

It's really amazing service and pizza they provide to customers. I love it . I appreciate the staff and management.
