Been here quite a few times now & the service is always really good, as well as the food quality.Nando’s is pretty much the same all round but this is one of the better branches in terms of quality and service.Always a pleasure!

This branch is a serious cause for concern. On a previous occasion a while back (dine in), complained about 'second hand' (reheated) food and got a refund without question. Tried delivery (via their app, which appears to be outsourced to Deliveroo) and received appalling half-chicken that looked 'boiled' and was frankly distasteful. Phoning their helpline just leads to being fobbed off. Have sent a complaint (with photo) but not hopeful. This Chiswick branch seems dysfunctional in terms of food quality and customer service. Definitely one to avoid, whether to eat in or for takeaway/delivery.

we havent had nandos so long so decided to try it out. Food was very bland, and tasted undercooked. No flavour, no spice, and no flame flavour. Service wasn't great, unwelcoming and not present.

So my baby son has dairy and soya allergies. We went to Nandos and ordered his usual Nandino with chicken highlighting his allergies. They must have misheard my husband and they brought out the burger. Thankfully I had checked their allergens online so I knew there was dairy and soya in there. I mentioned it and the manager insisted there wasn’t but said she would change it. I then went online and showed her that it did have them. Her response was “lucky I changed it then” and walking off. Pretty bad for something that could have sent a baby to a hospital with an anaphylactic shock. Better training needed. Massive shame as the previous manager was great and well informed.

Normally Nando’s is very consistent across different restaurants but this one wasn’t so good. The potato wedges were undercooked and hard in the middle and not very crispy. Minimal peri peri mayo served with them as well. Much of the food was under cooked including halloumi. I think the grill cooks need to be a bit more patient and let the food get crispy. Otherwise a good experience although I prefer the location in Hammersmith.

Great vibes and food. Best fast food franchise in town, maybe in the world. I cannot believe, that there isn’t a nandos in every city of europe. nice and clean place. Respectful personal. I love Nando’

We go here often to eat and celebrate birthdays, I never really used to like the services as there was a rude manager before. On our last recent visits, we have had a 5* service from nandos and that is with great thanks to Lucy & Cyindy. There are a great face to the company very polite and helpful nothing is to much.
Ordered a meal via Deliveroo. Of the three meals one main meal was missing. Called the Chiswick store and was told sorry we forgot to pack it but I’m welcome to come and fetch it or get a refund via Deliveroo. So. Where is the service that I paid for?? How is this an acceptable solution for me to miss out on my meal?

Friendly staff. Food took ages to come out. Maybe they were understaffed but lots of food was just sat in the kitchen waiting to be served. I saw multiple staff go by the food which was odd as it was piling up under the heat area.
