I've been to alot of Nandos and it was great but this is the worst I've had so far. They burnt my chicken I ordered on Deliveroo. It was so dry so I was disappointed.

Oh my god the worst worst worst service I have ever experienced..the person who were taking orders named “ucho” or something but soooooo rude..literally he is not able to manage the rush..no management..people were keep waiting..I went there with the my 20 months old..for take away..they made me wait for like 40 mins there..if your time is precious please don’t visit them..visit anywhere else but not this Nando’s..

Mihai looked after us, by ensuring our different nandoes cards are used well, and vouchers used properly. There were hiccups in ordering, keeping food warm, though it was all iron out with good service and prompt to resolve issues. It was very noticeable than previous months that the change in management has seen the Nandoes team work in unison and be a good friendly team within themselves and customers that creates a pleasant environment than the ruthless one previously noticed, were customer service was not right. Though through out under Georgia's management, she has taken leadership in her own hands and natures the evolving team to always achieve greatness which is becoming to fruitful now. I wish well for the team to be always in good hands. Thank you, look forward to our going back to our, proud to say now 'hometown Nandoes'. Thank you

Nando’s offers very good value for money but the atmosphere in the restaurant has room for improvement. The background music wasn’t great. The staff are however very good and the mild half chicken I had was lovey and tasty. I will need to order the hot one next time though. The extra hot peri-peri sauce is great. The broccoli was perfectly cooked the way I like it with some crunch and the slaw was tasty also. Cloudy lemonade was refreshing. Very happy with that and I think it’s a relatively healthy meal.

Had the sharing platter with two sides. The chicken and the sides were tasty and filling and a good meal out.

Waiting 30min for our food to arrive because we're second class citizens to the deliveroo orders.... It's not like the chicken is raw and requires *that* much time to grill!

Cydney had brilliant customer service!

Put in an order for collection. arrive at chosen time and the food hadn't even started being cooked. Had to wait over 20 mins in the restaurant. Food was then poorly assembled as it was being rushed. Very disappointed.
