Saffron Walden branch is good but Starbucks as a whole should start taking cash again

Great service, friendly staff

The only Starbucks where the staff know your name even after more than a year's lockdown.

Went for a frappuccino that I wanted for days ?\\nIt was very nice, strong as I requested. This pleasant lady was super friendly. We felt so welcomed. She even treated our pups with a puppyccino ?\\nCustomer service was exceptional. Drink was top notch.\\nWill definitely be my favourite Starbucks branch.

Friendly service, attentive and always with a rapid fast turnaround to get my drink sorted even when they're busy!

Nice branch of Starbucks but when I sat in I was treated to the contents of a staff meeting which appeared to be about a member of staff not performing well whilst the manager was sat next to two meetings which no one bothered to clear. A shame really, they do better on the drive thru side

A very nice place to have a coffee in a modern business environment. We especially enjoyed china mugs!!!

Very nice Starbucks, I saw a review on here about someone being sacked whilst being pregnant which is unfortunate but the Starbucks branch itself is pretty - however, it doesn’t seem like they treat their own staff well, I overheard a member of staff telling someone who appeared to be her manager that her knees are killing her and the manager didn’t really say much.\\n\\nThere weren’t any customers waiting to be served so I don’t see why she wasn’t allowed a break.\\n\\nThat being said, it’s a nice Starbucks cafe.

This is the registered head office. The branch in St Helens has been issuing parking fines for people staying longer than 1 hour. So even when we ate and drank more than £35 in their store they had the nerve to bill us for parking outside the store!

I have been a customer of the baker street Starbucks spending £8.50 or more a day ... yesterday the croissant was not toasted properly and was very dry. I told the lady and gentleman serving me today and all I got was a horrible stare which has bow deterred from using Starbucks any more. I'm not asking anything but a simple apology as I threw away the breakfast . Now I will be using pret or my local cafe. At least acknowledgement helps pointing to my food and staring at me is not polite . A disappointed Gary Li

Great as always.

The usual Starbucks offering with the added bonus of half-witted male staff who think they're too cool for the job.
