Excellent pizza! Thin crust was wonderful. Had the festive dessert of a sundae with ice cream and gelato and milk chocolate sticks. It was outstanding. Best dessert I’ve had in London!

Been coming to Zizzi in Chiswick since last year. Always happy with everything but this time? A joke when it comes to food portions and prices. Pizza was half a size of the board and not topped very well which contributed to the dryness and lasagna less than a half of the plate. Seems like they run out of food and we got the left overs. Plus so many kids and the place was just loud and cold and not cosy at all. Also on garlic bread there was no sticker “vegan” even though we mentioned we are vegan so not actually if we have been served vegan garlic bread. Left unhappy and disappointed

Their gluten free food is so tasty AND was celiac-safe! My highly symptomatic son had no issues after eating his gluten free pizza. They said they prepare all of their gluten free pizza and pasta in a separate area so there is no gluten cross-contamination! We had a great time. And great selection of yummy drinks! Highly highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free celiac safe options are plentiful and yummy! They prepare gluten free pizza and pasta in a separate area so there is no cross contamination. We felt super safe eating there!Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of kid options and a coloring kids menu.

Took at least 15 minutes to be attended to upon arrival with empty tables everywhere. Ordered all the food and was asked if wanted everything at once, we said yes. Starters arrived cold as well as for other customers nearby, no mains came after waiting 30 minutes after finishing starters and asking several times they finally came and were under welcoming. Wouldn't go back. Service was terrible.

Excellent food, lovely time with my colleagues. Office timeout. Fast service - professional - friendly staff - I love it - sure going back again.

Food was medium. It took them 15 minutes to bring out our water to the table as the 3 waiters were too busy chatting. Then our food was served after sitting 5 minutes on the plates, then they noticed that the pasta is not the one we ordered. Finally got the food, then sent back one pizza as they forgot to put on prosciutto. The waiter even tried to convince me that it is not even on this pizza on the menu.

Multiple things were not up to our expectations:- the service is absent, it's impossible to get waiters attention to order or get the bill and I saw other customers also struggling with that. Definitely not enough staff for a Friday night.-there's no outside sitting in the evening becuse restaurant doesn't have a license. Outside sitting was one of the reasons I booked the table as its a nice warm evening-my husbands pizza contained slice of a pork sausage which is not the ingredient for that pizza (he is a muslim and doesn't eat pork) but given the poor service we didn't feel like complaining and waiting for another pizza for him-they restaurant run out of chilli peppers so the pizza wasn't as spicy as it should be (as per ingredients listed)Definitely won't be coming back, I'm happy they have the -25% on food in September so I didn't pay full price

We tried Zizzi's for the first time but were disappointed with the experience. The food lacked freshness and was quite basic considering the price. However, the availability of vegetarian options and the busy atmosphere of the restaurant were appealing to us. I don't believe we'll be going back to Zizzi's.

I’ve eaten here once and once at another location in London. Bad experience both times. Steer clear of Zizzi’s is my advice. Pizza Express, on the other hand, offers better food and better service generally.

Took my teenage kids for a treat as it looked pretty but the food was bland and service terrible-it wasn’t even busy so no excuse for the poor service. Not once were we asked if our meals were ok, we had to get their attention every time we wanted something and by which point had finished the course before what we asked for was brought out I.E sauces. Cocktails were shockingly bad-tasted like juice out of a bottle. Had the wrong meal brought out for one of use so didn’t even eat our mains together yet they still tried to charge for the wrong meal plus the right meal as well as aioli which we didn’t even receive. Not even a goodbye when we left. I usually always leave a tip but didn’t this occasion. Such a shame and not on par with other Zizzi restaurants we’ve been to in other places. Pizza was burnt underneath too and hardly any toppings. Generally a poor experience and disappointment to what should have been an end of summer holiday treat. Over £100 for three meals wasted-wish we had gone elsewhere! Even the couple on the table next to us complained. With the cost of living at the moment you expect a better service and especially as this is a chain restaurant in an affluent area.

A nice interior and a decent size menu however my table wasn't served together. One of the dishes came out around 5 mins later than the rest of the table (the restaurant was practically empty). Food was substandard so didnt make up for the wait. Service somewhat tardy although may have just felt that way because food took so long. Wouldn't go back again in a hurry.

We visited on Sunday afternoon with our 2 year old and it was a complete disaster. All the staff working seem to be in training and nobody seems to know what they’re meant to do. We ordered from the kids menu for our daughter and instead of bringing the starter first and then then main, everything was brought together. This was really overwhelming for a 2 year old and obviously she wasn’t going to eat the veggie sticks from her starter when the main had arrived. The main was also wrong. When we confronted the waiter we were told that he would go and check but he didn’t bother coming back. We had to go ourselves to the serving area to see what was going on. It was a complete shambles and the main my daughter was served was inedible dry spaghetti bolognese. I then ended up having to plate up half my pasta so she had something to eat as she was so hungry at this point. There was no apology or explanation given. I would also stay away from the free pasta chips they serve- they were stale and had been sitting out for hours before. If that is what is meant to make up for the poor service, they you may need to rethink this. When we came to pay £56 for a substandard meal we were charged more because apparently the waiter didn’t know how to put 0.00 for gratuity. We did in fact unwillingly tip for the incredibly bad service we received. And weren’t even made aware of this, until we received the receipt. I would avoid at all costs and head over the road to pizza express!

Really rude and unhelpful staff. We asked to change the table as we were sat next to the outside / people smoking area and the staff made faces as if it was the most inconvenient request ever! I would understand if they were busy, but it was 3:30 PM and there were only 3 tables apart from our party so they had plenty of space to accommodate us. They made a point to have us wait for a waiter to take the order and when asked about dishes they would be really snappy, and unhelpful.

Excellent food, amazing staff, nothing too much trouble. 8 of us including 3 children with quite specific likes all catered for.
