Really disappointing coffee bitter absolutely acrid, seems like no longer any quality or consistency in the Coffee and how it's made. Very sad ?

I've been here a few times and have received outstanding customer service every time.Mocha made to perfection and a plethora of vegan options on the menu.It can get busy and the staff are very good at getting through the queue with efficiency.

I needed a place to sit and read through my lecture notes. This was a perfect spot for me . Ordered a cup of coffee which was good ??.A salted chocolate muffin along with it and I sat there for 2 hours.There is free WiFi , you need to register to their database which took less than a minute.I am sure I will be back , since the staffs are polite and nice plus good seating , more underground as well,Not so sure if they serve food besides the pastries and sandwiches.

Yesterday my friend and I went to drink nice coffee and cake. But after paid 14,40 pounds, coffee was "acceptable" , but carrot cake and chocolate cake were totally hard, they were not fresh. We spent time in unpleased place. Please, don't waste your time and money there.

Evening team with Arab guy are racists, they are mocking different accents and are doing scandalous comments about customers staring at them while they are making your coffee. So I just cancelled my order and went away. Will never go there again as the area is spoiled by many decent coffee shops. I hope the management team will do something about this employees’ behavior. It’s not sufficient being gay friendly, you should also be open to different accents of your customers and do not judge them at least openly.
Decent caffe - in this case pretty slow since the same staff member manning the till also makes all the coffee, so it takes 5 mins per customer.Annoying, because a small queue can then easily take 10 mins

The Barista made drinks are excellent! The food is fresh and sumptuous. The staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend Caffe Nero.
