Rude cleaning staff, awful customer service. All the staff here could do with more training on customer service. There is not one friendly face in this kfc.

Super long queues and wait. The self order machine rarely works. You can order at the self machine and then you can't collect items as sold out. Not pleasant.

The staff need to check that they pack the orders correctly as I ordered a bucket meal last night via Deliveroo, to find that some of the items were missing! If I pay a certain amount of money I expect all of the items to be there! Called the branch to complain yet the manager claims the staff check the orders, won't be back here anytime soon!

KFC good as usual and satisfying although I usually prefer the cheaper fried chicken places… no complaints but delivery was terrible… arrived 1.5 hrs later and all torn up ?

I ordered 10 pieces chicken they gave me 10 pieces of chicken wings.. most of their chicken was very small .. looks like they bought from asda chicken smart price... WORST KFC EVER. tell me if i was wrong from your experience.

There’s not many seats, so you probably end up standing up to eat. I waited long for my online order because they forgot to process it.

The toilet is closed for god knows what reason, the food was plain and the service is very bad took almost 20 minutes for two burgers to come after our other food came. To top it off the restaurant is like a sauna it was too hot and even when we asked for the AC they told us it was on when it was clearly not. We even asked windows but no response.
I don't know whether there's new staff but it's the best quality and freshness of food for a couple of years plus nothing was actually missing from the order ?

Aug2023 update: Service assisting elderly man and son in front of me was incredible. Food not so much, disappointing.Service always friendly, advice on orders incredible, service time excellent, and food fantastic. Best KFC in London !!!

Not the best kfc I have ever had. The chicken wings were so over cooked it seems they hadn’t changed the oil for a long time as they were very dark. Wrap was okay. Service was pretty slow anymore than 3 customers and I feel they would be completely over run 4.5/10
