Order some foodAnd it took 1 hr 30mins to be delivered. Kept checking the Uber app and they continuously changing deliver driver / rider. Food finally came, the drink had spilt, the bag were soaked, so soaked it was falling to bits. Tried ringing them to complain and have a refund, the line rang out, no one answered. Tried to complain over the Uber app but they seem to want to control how much and what you can say. Will never use them again. My daughter and I ended up not eating anything as I really was tired and did y feel like cooking…now I wished I did.

Was hounded by a staff member to write a good review - constantly breathing down my neck to say everything was perfect. The next day I went to use the toilet and when I came back downstairs they had closed the shutters and locked me upstairs. Go down to the Nine Elms one or KFC down the road.

I have ordered 2 chicken wraps with NO BACON for my kids and although it states no bacon on packaging both of them had bacon. I have complained and reported to manager and I asked him to take food allergies and peoples beliefs seriously!!I wanted him to get in touch with me once he found out what went wrong, I have written an complaint and my contact info, no response or apology yet, it looks like they don’t really care nor respect to customers beliefs and/or allergies!!

The burger was so nice, also the service was fantastic. But I think they didn’t clean their toilet at all. What a shame!!!!

Had to send the filet of fish back as it was over cooked. Chips were nice and hot. Service was 100% helpful and polite and not an issue replacing the filet.

Arrive first thing in the morning, and everything is fresh. I feel that since the introduction of self service, the customer service has become non-existent. I give them a pass though because this is many peoples first job. It can be quite tough.

Very disappointed I waited 25 minutes for my order after having to wait and ask for the staff to come on the till to serve me ! They all kept looking and walking past ignoring the fact there are customers waiting to order it’s not acceptable and the owner should be dissapointed . Their customer service is awful there’s no smile , no please , no thank you nothing they don’t even greet you in a nice manager it feels as thought your bothering them . Food was cold when I finally received it . I won’t personally go back there
