I don't normally order pizza but thought I'd give this one a try as it's local..for a start the guy went to the entrance that I told them not to then he huffed when I told him to come to the front..pizza was like it was re heated pepperoni plus I asked for bbq sauce base & there was no taste of that & the cheese what cheese? Last of all the garlic straws tasted of dry nothing!! Won't order again & won't recommend so my £20 went down the drain ?

Went in at 3:57am hoping for a quick bite before bed. Was met by a dismissive server who told us they were closed and wouldn’t even do us a quick Margarita. Went to bed hungry, 1/5

Pizza was good but we ordered 2 small pizzas to take away and we're waiting almost 40 minutes for it. Not comfortable seating, no real communication. Also I think I was over charged for toppings, both pizzas only had 2 toppings which it says is part of the deal.

I ordered a pizza yesterday during the World Cup it was delivered two hours late and cold. Do not order from here when there is major sporting events otherwise you will have to wait a very long time. Not recommend.

Consistently get my orders wrong or miss off toppings, and it always takes ages for delivery.
I ordered a pizza and there was hair in it. I called the store and the manager said that they would give me a free pizza next time I ordered and to just call. When I called the manager on shift said that I should have asked for the persons name as there is nothing in the system to show that I was owed the pizza. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from this store again.

Food was super late, cold, items missing. When trying to deal with the issue multiple times, staff were rude and unhelpful. Never resolved. Also… I’ve lived in different areas of London and ordered from Papa John’s, this particular branch is bad, the food standards suffer and they’re unhelpful when you visit in store

I ordered pizza from papa johns CLAPHAM at 5:35pm and it’s currently 8:10pm and still no signs of the pizza. I’ve called multiple times and no one is answering. This is the WORST customer service I’ve experienced in my life and I WILL be claiming my money back. It’s literally almost 3 hours for a pizza that is coming from less than a mile away. You guys need to do better. I’m literally shocked.
