The waiter was super attentive with us and came to ask often if we needed anything. The quality of the pizza Pollo Fiesta Romana crust style was superb and crispy. I really had a great experience. They should remove the "express" out of the brand name as it is high quality.

This branch of Pizza Express has been going for many years. It continues to be of an excellent standard. We go fairly frequently as it is our local and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The other day we were attended to by Guiseppe who has been working there for many years, he is always so warm and friendly and knows exactly what are favourite choices are! We also receive a very warm welcome from the amazing chefs, Shiva and his colleagues are all so delightful and provide a first class service in every way. Thank you to all of them for giving us such a great experience!

Really, really disappointing.I made my way to the restaurant yesterday evening after an extremely long day at work. The restaurant was full of children running around, screaming and just making a lot of noise. Fine, I can handle that as it’s a family friendly place.What I can’t handle is the following. I ordered calamari rings for the starter and asked the waitress if the starter could come out with the main. After about 20 minutes of waiting, another waiter brings my starter to the table. I mentioned that I’d asked someone else that I’d like the starter to come with the meal. She responded, ‘yeah the main is coming.’ Surprise, surprise the main didn’t turn up for another 15 minutes.The calamari rings were burnt and overall disappointing. I ordered the carbonara as a main and even this had extremely burnt bits of spaghetti throughout.I complained to the original waitress who had served me (she had noticed that my starter and meal came separately and did sincerely apologise for that). Still paid a full bill which was just awful really considering I didn’t finish my starter and left the burnt bits of spaghetti in the bowl.I will not make my way back to this branch again. Visit this place with low expectations
