What a shame. You can usually depend on Starbucks. Not this one. Staff is rude, store is filthy and my coffee set on the counter for five minutes until I went searching for it. When I asked about a code to use the locked ladies room the server rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly gave me the code. I’ve been in Starbucks all over the world and have never experienced this before. I hope it’s not a sign of a crumbling business.

The staff were the friendliest of any coffee shop I've been to, plus the place was extremely tidy with regular wipe-down and clearing of tables (not something I've come to expect from Starbucks). It made for a very pleasant place to sit down with a coffee!

Love Starbucks, the team always look after us with a smile. Marta & the team are amazing, its a pleasure to order coffee or cake there. Very friendly service & staff happy, makes you feel appreciated as a customer

If it’s not a franchise branch, starbucks offers free refill for filter coffees. I don’t think it is wrong to ask for what you re given. It is hard to understand why members of staff acting out. I m not robbing your parents’ coffee shop.
Weren’t happy with the customer service, my drinks were just left on the side. I just happened to look round and noticed they were there. When I questioned why I weren’t called she said she did but the name she said she called was not my name and wasn’t on the cups. She didn’t even seem to care just turned around. I’m a regular at Starbucks but first time using this one and the last.

I love Starbucks, and especially at Christmas season with the Eggnog latte! The staff at the Clapham Common store are all friendly and brilliant (seeing them a couple of times a week of course helps).
