I hired the function room upstairs for an event called "Festive Feasting", and the whole night was a fantastic success. The buffet was absolutely delicious and great value for money. And the staff are all really helpful and friendly. Special mentions to Jason the duty manager, and Sam who was running the bar upstairs. Excellent service. .

We had a great night as a work group of 15 for our Christmas dinner and then the comedy night. There was good communication and reasonable flexibility from Chris when planning the event. The food arrived promptly which allowed us plenty of time to attend the comedy night. . The food was very tasty, I had feedback from colleagues on how delicious the food was. The highlights included pork belly, baked camembert, potted salmon, turkey, chocolate torte, profiteroles. The comedy exceeded our expectations, the number of comedians and the quality and variety. We would definitely return. Thanks Chris and team.

Really lovely pub, was my local years ago. And now we occasionally pop in and also join a friend's Christmas do every year in the private room upstairs. Super friendly staff, great food and you can play your own music upstairs. Totally recommend.

A lovely pub in the heart of Clapham North on the corner of the high street and Voltaire Road. It gets busy and tables are kept for a long time while people enjoy foods and drinks.There’s plenty of outside seating for the summer on both corner sides.A stone’s throw from Clapham North underground station, it is also only a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common underground station too.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed during the day and they have high chairs for little ones. Many of the tables are tall and there isn’t a lot of room for pushchairs so keep that in mind.

Had a party in their private function room upstairs which has its with own bar, bar man, and own toilet. We could also connect to their sound system. Absolutely amazing food. Great location next to the tube station. Great night out and highly recommend for private events. No hire charge just a minimum spend for the night.

Booked the upstairs function room for a private party. Great staff, really helpful. Food was amazing. Own bar, barman and even our own toilet. We linked to their speakers and played our own music. We were also able to decorate the room beforehand. Great location too. Thank you
