I made a wrong order online and have paid as soon as I realise I call the store to let them know. The man on the phone is very very rude and unprofessional saying what do you want me to do about that. If I cancel your order you will need to pay double of the money. So far as I’m concerned when customer ain’t satisfied with something you get it change without arguing back. Then my pizza arrived burnt as in black burnt such a shame!

I put in my instructions that I live on the 2nd floor. No lift. Delivery driver calls my phone expecting me to collect my pizza.. I told him several times due to language barrier or listening skills, that I can’t walk down the stairs. I have crutches. Unfortunately he’s not understanding that I’m physically disabled and there wasn’t anyone who could collect it for me. Still he’s asking me to go down, saying that he’s “new”. What does new have to do with you climbing up two short flights of stairs? At this point I’m passed irritated, but calmly request that he return the pizza and issue my refund.To make sure that happens I call the store and explain to the lady what my issue is. She says to give her time to contact the driver, whom I assume had already left. I didn’t hear back for a while so I called again and spoke to a man who passed me over to her. I was concerned that if the driver did return with my pizza he would’ve tampered with it in some way. Her response was, “Oh come onnnm…. Why would he do that!” Why do people kill? Do I know this man though? I know what annoyed people can do to the food of customers they think are being difficult. I didn’t get an explanation nor an apology. Every time I order a takeaway I’ve got to worry about these delivery drivers not being able to communicate well or follow inscructiins.

I asked for extra BBQ sauce on my pizza and got this, then I realized why they was laughing while they were making my pizza because they under put the sauce the customer service is ridiculous.

Really bad customer service, they couldn’t prepare my order in 40 minutes, the person answers phone didn’t even bother to say sorry, just said going to take another 30 minutes. Probably it was going to take more than 30 minutes anyway when I said want to cancel order she said money will be refunded in 3 days. What a great customer service..
Pizza was OK, but found a hair in it reported it to them, 2 weeks know, asked for a refund they said yes as calls are recorded but nothing yet never again, shall I order from this place ?

Good fresh,tasty pizzas either by takeaway or pick up. I'm not sure of parking spaces because I either takeaway or pick up mines. Along with pizzas you can buy other selections such as chicken strippers etc. You can also buy fizzy drinks. However it would be nice if they have non- fizzy ones. Vegetarian options are available too.
