The heating temperature in the coffee shop is too high that it made me feel so uncomfortable. I gave the feedback gently to the staff but they have not lowered it down, it had remained so hot.I think, they should put the heating moderately for each customer’s health and safety whilst using the cafe.

Rude staff. Just sitting now and drinking coffe. I’ve ordered a late to drink in. The coffe was served in take away cup. Twice I mentioned I am gonna drink inn, but the woman in glasses with long blond hair was miles away, not really focused on her job. There was no apology, no even simple „sorry”... Very poor service, lack of good attitude.

This review relates to the Costs Coffee shop immediately on the north side of the river, under Tower Bridge. This place does not possess a toilet. It is my understanding that food and drink outlets with 10 or more seats must, by law, provide a toilet for customers. Not sure how they have got round this

I am a regular-ish customer here but the place has changed completely due to-in my opinion- the staff here, the two guys are very professional and tick all boxes for a good barista. I am impressed. Thank you guysParking: There is a 90 mins free parking in Aldi at rear ( but you have to go inside Aldi after you park to register your car to be entitled for 90 mins free parking)Kid-friendliness: There is access for a wheelchair here.

I went to buy a festive hazelnut latte, with cream and sprinkles and they fobbed me off with a latte. When I went back she dollops a bit of cream and threw the sprinkles on. No finesse or finishing on the latte. Really disappointing!

My order is decaf latte with caramel syrup extra hot, the lovely ladies there are so amazing, they make the cup of coffee with so much love as it shows in the drink. Also the way they are able to handle a large volume of customers and remain calm under pressure and still are kind and compassionate is very skilful, also I can’t forget about the male barristers they are also in line with delivering excellent customer service!

Quite simply, it's the table on the end of the balcony, in a stunning contemporary glass box, that offers one of the worlds greatest coffee views looking down over the Tower of London & Tower Bridge. Friendly staff await to serve you your Costa Coffee favourites and share a natter, whilst getting here you're best to walk back around from the main road as most people do not dare climb the tiny stone entrance stairs hidden in plan sight at the front.
