Costa Coffee

As a gardener, a good cup of coffee really makes my day — and Moh and his colleague at Costa did just that! They made my flat white extra special with a lovely leaf design on top. It’s the little touches that count, and their friendly service and care made my visit extra memorable. Highly recommend! ? Zoltan Gardens

The two younger staff members are a breath of fresh air, vibrant and friendly members of the community. There is one lady staff member here whose service is not great. She’s has an attitude problem. It’s a shame because she brings it down for the others.

The staff is the best. They are truly amazing people.

Mrs. Mihaela, from the Kingsbury coffee shop, is so nice, she makes a coffee!!

I was served by Alian and another staff member who was incredibly unhelpful. She insisted someone was in the toilet for 10–15 minutes, but when I checked, it was completely empty. She kept telling me not to try the PIN code and just wait, wasting my time. Then, Alin, the manager, tried to refund me in cash even though I paid by card. The whole experience was frustrating and poorly handled.

Terrible service from Mitta at Costa Kingsbury branch. I never report staff but I was very disappointed with the service I received from Mitta. I ordered an oat vanilla latte and when I told the man that was making the coffee that it was oat he said they didn’t have oat milk. Fine. Mitta started arguing with me saying that I didn’t say ‘oat’ when I very clearly did. It was a back and forth and I eventually asked how to report her. Terrible service. She needs A LOT of lessons about how to speak to customers!

The most horrible place ever!!! The staff very rude i was trying to make my order and she was looking her nails …. They coffee is so disgusting ? I ordered cappuccino and they bring me this horrible coffee!!!

The staff here really make this one of the best costas I've visited, they are very sweet and friendly. My fave branch to visit, make drinks well n service with a real smile

Visited last Thursday afternoon 8/8/24. An excellent espresso and service from the young Indian gentleman. But why does this branch close so ridiculously early at 4pm ? Alas, I am forced to use some of your rivals on Kingsbury High Road !!!

I’m only gonna give this 1 star only because I can’t give it 0 stars.
First of all, the timings that they have written on the door are wrong, it said that they close at 5pm but when I arrived it was 4pm and the inside was dark and the chairs were on the table so it meant that they closed a long time ago.
Anyways on to the service, as I was ordering the waitress seemed very bored or disinterested and was occasionally talking to her colleagues in a foreign language while I was talking to her, the disrespect!
I ordered my drink and went to sit down, first of all they took so longggg maybe like 20 minutes.
Occasionally I would hear the servers talking together and to the customers in a foreign language now this is fine but to the point where it’s disturbing everyone else, then it shouldn’t be allowed.
I could see that others were visibly annoyed.
They were very loud and just kept on laughing, I think they laughed more than they worked.
It was a very loud environment especially at 7am, it felt more like a bar than a cafe.
I ordered a latte but for some reason it felt very oily in my mouth and the glass had hard water on it so I felt very disgusted ?
I really hope costa can fix this problem as I used to enjoy their drinks and atmosphere at the other branches, but not this one.

The manager was extremely rude and was misbehaving to the core, totally unacceptable, never expected this thing from such a place, anyways PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE UNTIL THIS MANAGER IS
