Is the second time when they send me the order with items missing and if you contact them they blame on the uber driver, if you contact the uber driver they blame on the mcdonald's manager.They say ask for refund as the missing items cannot be sent it. First of all most of the order ar for children, and try to explain them after they wait that the food is not in the bags.When you ask for refund they give you back onli £5 when your order is more then £40. Bad service and professionally zero. Very disappointed and frustrating.

Had to return fries twice as they were still raw. It says 24/7 but mind you post 10 you have to order via drive through and app (pickup) only. There is no option to order in store as the doors will be closed.Dietary restrictions: Clear labelling and markingParking: Enough parking space

As Private Hire Driver, I travel all around London, and have been in different MC Donalds to eat and use the toilets. This is without doubt the best MC Donalds that I had in. Very clean always and all the staff are always there to help and clean everything. The food also is good! I really appreciate the way that they are doing their work! Highly recommend it!Dietary restrictions: Salad
On the opposite side of Colindale Retail Park.Parking: Free parking for 1.5 hrs.

I will write here, so dissapointed. I ordered something with uber eats, I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for a burger with fries and drink. When finally the food came, the drink was in the bag down, the food was cold… don’t order from here, verry

Used the drive-through and asked for my usual coffee, regular and a double expreso, I asked twice once face to face, for it to be put into one cup, at collection window two separate cups, other McDonald units have staff who listen and act on your request. Please get it
