I don't usually write reviews but here we are, I ordered x2 hot chocolates, upon arrival half of one of the hot chocolates was in the bag.\\n\\nThe sausage rolls were cold and not heated up. Gregg's isn't usually the problem, it's usually the delivery riders, maybe Greg's should change their packaging for drinks to reduce the spillages.\\n\\nBut then again sort it out guys. It's not that difficult.

Went in this morning 31 October at Greegs in Crouch End Broadway and was served by a girl with the nastiest attitude and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was rude from the start. A very nasty person and I will not be going there anymore. First and last time in greegs. Absolutely disgusting attitude.

Always find the staff in here so chilled and laidback. You can't beat their sausage rolls, I have tried other stuff there but I always kick myself not getting a cheese and onion pasty or sausage roll.

Absolutely abysmal. First of all they cancelled my pre-order because apparently they didn't have the bacon and sausage baguette available...yet miraculously they had the bacon baguette and the sausage baguette separately available, so i had to order and add extras.My breakfast should have been with me by 7.40am (pre-order) but i had to order again. then the driver was at the resturant for 25mins waiting, according to JUST EAT. WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY BULLSHT its clear that Greg's staff just couldn't pull their fingers out and do their jobs . It took 40 minutes for my meal to get to me, when I live 5 minutes walk from the shop!Then the baguette is cold and everything else is soo hot it properly burns my mouth. they Should actually be ashamed of themselves.

Its shocking I've placed an order on just eat spent £19 to receive only a latte and muffin and to top off the insult of sending me the wrong items i find 5p coin in my toffe muffin shocking shocking before you eat check your food and deserts expecially kids choking hazard with coins in muffins
