Nice pub to have a pint and hangout, but the cocktails are not good. For negroni they used dry vermouth instead of gin and when I asked why they said it's their recipe...Whisky sour ws very sour, old fashioned was way too sweet, Bloody mary basically tasted like tomato soup... would not really go for the cocktails again.

It was done up a year ago and it’s brilliant. Great staff, good food and awesome

This is a great pub. I have had good food here with the changing pop up menus. The staff (and I have interacted with many over the years) are always so lovely and kind, and give good drinks recommendations. Special shout out to Ben for being kind on a recent visit.

Good atmosphere, food tasty with specials menu so variety eg goulash one night was excellent; allergy and vegan options, light snacks to main meals, bar staff helpful and friendly, check out live music once a fortnightParking: Free street parking after 7pm,

What an unfortunate experience - I’ve been frequenting this pub for years despite there being more popular local watering holes - but the Michael Hutchence wannabe barman was out-of-nowhere rude to me tonight whilst trying to impress his friends - definitely not a keeper. Two stars because this guy is an anomaly in an otherwise tight ship

A good atmosphere to watch the Arsenal play, decent pricing but did not have food avaliable. Service was good though.

Nice victorian pub, the sign outside says "cocktails" so I randomly popped in after work. I believe I was served by Calum, ended up paying £10 for a glass of ginger ale on ice. No trace of vodka in it. I left disappointed, didn't bother to complain.

Cheeky early evening meal. Very tasty.

This is our local and we’ve been here several times through its various iterations. Unfortunately last time we came we had a bad experience with the food - I had the fish and chips, the peas had obviously been massively over cooked and then left to go cold and chewy, the chunky chips hadn’t been cooked through and the fish had a strange taste. My husband had the burger which was decent enough. I would have fed this back to staff but nobody asked how the meal was - even when the half eaten meal was cleared long after I’d finished eating. The young man clearing the glasses was working really hard and doing a great job.

I used to REALLY like it in here but the fact two doubles amounts to £22.20 is a joke. It's about £15 / £17 elsewhere. In what world is that pricing okay?

The board game selection here is banging! Stopped here for a drink and a quick bite. The hummus, sweet potato fries with truffle mayo, and Mac and cheese were great. My guy had the loaded fries and loved it. Also the music playing was great.

Had a lovely Saturday lunch today. Cheese burger was top quality. Chips are top notch. Friends had the vegan burger and vegan Mediterranean tart which was excellent. Prompt and friendly service. Cool vibe. Would recommend.
