Love this Costa, food and drinks consistently good and what you'd expect from any Costa, and staff are always super friendly. Parking is easy. Only downside is that it can get super busy and a struggle sometimes to get a table!

I love Costa coffee and have been a Costa customer for many years. I have found most Costa stores excellent. Unfortunately I have found this one incredibly disappointing due to staff rudeness and unprofessional approach.

First time attending this costa on my daughters recommendation that the staff are so friendly, unfortunately i did not experience this. Upon paying staff member was very rude and argumentative when i tried using my reward voucher. I will not be coming
Me and my husband always use to go through drive though.never had problem!! The drinks always amazing but lately we decided to sit in.we came in today and lovely lady behind till and a guy was working drive through. A quite night bur clearly love there jobs .jolly friendly took there time with an over excited kid the drinks was amazing!!! There customer service always spot on here this we started to come in and sit down in there clean restaurent.........Sssshhhh won't tell everyone bout the extra marshmellow and chocolates on the side!!Parking: Always a space available free up to 90minutes
