The lady at the cashier didn’t communicate me at all, I just spoke and asked her questions about my order and she simply just nods. The actual shop is a state, the bins are stinky and the floor is black with dirt, some corners even have a heap of dead flies in them. Not to forget how this place makes my belly hurt every times I have had it, in your shop you say you’re a 4 star restaurant (the inside isn’t giving that) but online it’s here saying 1… dot dot dot because you are serving food that isn’t even nice and the lack cleanliness of the shop is appalling i feel grabbing my own cleaning supplies and coming to clean. please improve bc i need a good chicken and chip shop thanksParking: no

Walked in to completely dead shop for them to take 25 mins to completely get my order wrong! Missing fries also ordered bbq strips and gave me burnt wings, this place is horrendous the guy that took my order didn’t have a clue what he was doing.

Kebab was disgusting and obviously the griddle was not cleaned as there were bits of black charred grit in the kebab, the chicken was not nice, the pizza also not great, the only thing that was nice was the chips and the canned drinks. I won't be going there again. I don't know why people have given it good reviews. The restaurant is dingy, badly painted and very dated.

I had went there at 3:30pm to see a lot of children screaming and shouting on the tables I had went to the guy to order a strip burger meal I had eaten the fries which had been overcooked and took a bite into the strip burger and to my surprise it was cold I had went and complained he tried to blame it on me saying I ate the fries first and that’s why it was cold but I had my friend there that help me finish the fries so he told me I can leave or keep eating. I ADVICE DO NOT GO HERE SERVICE BAD AND FOOD TERRIBLE.

Gave me the wrong pizza and then tried to blame me by saying I don’t know the difference between a deep pan and think crust I clearly do I never write a bad review but the customer service was terrible and they kept saying I got it when I never all threw pizza exactly the same
Got a 6 chicken strip meal chip were ok just no salt but the chicken strips were so dry af. I couldn’t even chew though it. 100% it wasn’t fresh it wouldn’t be that unchewable clearly reheated from previous day.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Had food poisoning for 2 days after eating here. The chips must have been triple cooked it was disgusting, felt like I was eating crisps. The burgers and chicken definitely microwave heated because I was chewing one bite for few minutes my jaws started to hurt. I’ll be complaining to the Food Standard Agency cause no way you are serving these types of food and getting away with it.

How unfortunate that I have to remove a 5 star rating I posted 3 yrs ago. To a 1 star.Management has obviously changed and its evident as im ordering after 2yrsThe worst thing you can do is repeatedly lie to a customer even when they are being patient and polite.After the first hour or so, i called to ask and was told they have left and will be 20mins (i am 9 mins away).1hr 40mins in, i called back and im told they have left now, 30mins later, still nothing.Had to sort food out at home.Then the phone is not answered.Food shows up 2hr 15minsThe audacity to not even apologise.Absolutely ridiculous.Goodluck running business like this.
