I asked about beef and vegetable pasty, I was told we don't do them anymore, I replied that the branch in Hainault still does do u not do them at all, I was ignored, so i asked again how comes you guys don't is it depending on franchises etc, I was ignored and told the cost of my current order I paid and the lady moved to the next customer like I wasn't there, guess I'm the wrong colour to be noticed by a Asian woman.

Came in for a breakfast roll & coffee while shopping. The sausages are really tasty, I'm not sure where they get them from I expect they have them made exclusively for Gregg's. Only complaint would be that they don't have enough seating area and it's usually full.
EDIT - 13th August. Really pleased to see that they have now added more seating. Thank you Greggs, it's nice when companies listen to customers :-)
