Last time I reviewed this place was two whole years ago, and since that 4 star review it has became a horrible shop, with barely any redeeming qualities.For a year at least the food has been sub par, with the service being no better, in a generally unhygienic environment where you don’t know what will get into your food.DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Always my go to place for ordering.Their half pounder burger is excellent and goes so well with 3 wings and some mozzarella sticks on the side.Food is always hot even though it's quite a journey.Drivers are always friendly and polite.Dietary restrictions: Halal

Ordered through Just Eat. Delivery was late and food was cold. Missing parts of the order and chicken was undercooked. All gone to the bin. How do these people get done by HSE? Never again

Just eat refund my £15 after this order quater pounder,chips like a rock and chicken wrap dry like a rock no lettuce,to much
So I ordered a chicken wrap meal with onion rings as an extra add on to take away (Special thanks to the gentleman who was kind enough to double check the quantity of the onion rings).Must say the staff were super awesome with their service, prepared my meal in a timely manner and ensured I had everything in the bag.However, as soon as I got home I was very disappointed and disgusted with the chicken wrap. Half-way eating it I discovered a worm of which threw me off completely so I binned all of the food. Only God knows how many worms I've consumed today.The staff at Hot favourite should be very vigilant when preparing customers food. I know how challenging it can be because I've once worked in a fast food restaurant, regardless food has to be of high standard when preparing it.I'm currently just surviving the night with the capri-sun drink I ordered and with a few snacks I got from the corner shop. I could've returned back to the restaurant as advised by the lady I spoke to over the phone however due to my severe injury I wasn't able to walk for a long distance.I don't want a refund and I'm never eating there again.

FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME IN MY LIFE! I never knew food could bế disrespected in this way. My burger was literally drowning in chilly sauce it was a constant leaking tap, It just was not edible. My poor mother was expecting a quarter pounder peri peri chicken. It was more like a baby leg. While my hands were drenched in chilly I reached for the bag not only to find that they didn’t even provide any tissue it just gets worse and worse. I am so disappointed.
