Staff are horrible, arrogant and rude. Prioritising deliveries over in store customers. The staff ignore the customers. The staff also speak their own language infront of customers. The staff are very slow to make the orders. The food just sits there while they twiddle their thumbs. A customer came up and told the lady she gave his pregnant partner the wrong wrap. She argued stating that is what he order. Clearly he didn’t as he had his receipt in his hands ?. Shocking is an understatement ??‍♀️

This is 3rd time I ordered mini fillet burger no pepper mayo ketchup inside but they put only ketchup and lettuce was missing. Please listen carefully I didn’t ask for kids burger I just wanted to remove pepper mayo and put ketchup instead. Also I was waiting for 20 minutes to get that, waiting time delay also not for first time here. Staffs are always arguing each other in front of the customers this is not new as well. Avoid this store.

The chicken smelt fishy. Was too late to take it back by the time I got home, went straight in the bin. Be wary, this branch is at risk of not storing the chicken properly hence the smell, definatly not going back to this disgusting restuarant.

Feel quite disappointed with this branch! Every time I ordered, there was something wrong!Last time I ordered a take away, got home and realised my daughter’s kids meal wasn’t there! Can you imagine how a little girl feels when her meal wasn’t there and she was hungry? Went back to speak with the staff, took forever! The waitress was busy chatting up the driver! ??‍♀️ like mate, you are working! It’s not flirting time! Anyway, they couldn’t even give my daughter what she ordered!I went back again today, I already placed the order via the app as I knew we had limited time due to tuition, I still had to wait 15 minutes for the meal to be ready! Then the waitress told me the drink that I ordered wasn’t available (which I had to pay an extra 20p for)! So I said that’s not good, that I had to pay extra for! She only offered me a dip! I said no, I want a refund of the 20p! But they were just too busy to assist! I just thought ok, I will take the dip, but you will never see me again!Honestly, if this branch is in the retail park! They should recruit more staff to get the orders rolling! And get the orders right! ?
