Went through the drive through, gave my order to the speaker. Onto the cashier, she spoke the amount, no “hi”, “how are you today” or even a please. I gave her the cash and said “thank you”, she then gave me my change without a “thank you”, “have a nice day” or anything. She managed to do all this without even looking at me !, one of the rudest servers I’ve ever come across. Obviously no customer service training or she’s just a naturally rude person who’s never been taught the basics of manners.

Nice views but toilets could do with a revamp. No soap, hand dryers didn't work and the smelt really really bad. If you can sit crossed legged whilst you eat then fine.

Always clean and not so busy at late time we visited. Foid was served fast.There is playground for kids, so it's falso family friendly.Newer was dissapointed with this Mc Donald.Well done, keep providing excellent service!Parking: At the time I was there- there was plenty of parking, but if not, there is Aldi store with plenty parking, so you can use that- its just next to it.

Drive thru was fast and staff were polite and friendly - something that is lacking in a lot of businesses. The downside was that we asked if which sauces we wanted but they didn't pack them!

This McDonald's is a standard combined sit-in and drive through affair, conveniently located near both the main road and supermarkets. The restaurant is laid out well so that customers do not have to squeeze past each other to get either to tables or to leave with takeaway. Ordering on the machines is smooth and efficient, with the food coming quickly to the table. The food itself is at the better end of McDonald's. With clean, efficient loos the result is an experience that meets all expectations.

Literally the worst mc ds for hot drinks all watered down tea, coffees n hot chocolate tasteless go to Dagenham mc ds so much better, egg muffins mostly burnt.Staff are really nice I must say always polite !

Our service at dagenham drive through mc dons was ok ..our order through intercom was fine and double checked on the could we have plain cheese burger plus tomato sauce and repeated it as wasnt sure if she heard me and received in car then drove off and my grandaughter couldnt find it in the bag so they forgot .
