Honestly never felt so ripped off , ordered 2 vegetarian breakfast and 2 orange juice and was charged £25 ! First of all I thought at £3 the orange was fresh nope ? just juice in a bottle slapped on the table with no glass then came my breakfast... well I say breakfast the plate was a ridiculous size for the minimal portion that was on the plate I asked for toast and was palmed off with the end of the loaf ! The food was also cold , the breakfast was marked on the menu @ £8.50 I was charged a total of £25 ! Over priced and not an average size breakfast there was more plate than anything else! Uptown prices in Dagenham worst part is we are still hungry ! Never ever again !

Found myself temporarily working in Islington for a few weeks and my colleagues and I ventured into this gem of a restaurant. There are no frills,no drama, just good food, hospitality and service with a smile. The staff are all very friendly and the place is always busy so they are definitely doing something right. We have had breakfast a number of times and it’s always hit the spot.

Really friendly service and the food is of great quality. Unfortunately many cafés food seems to be low quality and cheap. Not here! Had a beautiful fry up today that was well presented, tasted great and not swimming in grease. This will now be our only cafe we visit. The coffee is excellent too and the café is clean and tidy and excellent parking.
