I called to make a collection order and was told to collect in 20 mins….20 mins later I arrive and the staff had no clue of my order being put through and only then, they started making it, making me wait an extra 10 mins wasting my time. I was then given the lousy excuse : “Sorry, it happens”. The staff here really need to undergo some basic customer service training as this is not the first time this has happened. This shop has a lot of potential but I’m afraid it is being let down by their lazy & careless staff.

DO NOT EAT HERE.every single time someone i know has had chicken from dixie chicken they have gotten food poisoning. even if it’s earlier in the day when the chicken should be cooked fresh, it has still made them severely ill. the chicken is always left out , cold, or pink in the middle. the staff have no compassion and will speak to you stroppily or start laughing at you if you’re having trouble understanding what they mean. DO NOT EAT.

Absolutely terrible the worst chicken I've ever eaten they obviously only cook 1s a day so if u order at say 7-8-9 they give u chicken thats been sitting under a hot light for literally

The man needs to he humbles ASAP. Chilli sauce is trash beyond hopes and somehow their ketchup is ded too idk how they pulled that offBetter off buying wings at lidl than here
