We went today to this greggs at around 10:30 and this english lady of age around 50-60 was extremely rude and racist. This is so far my worst experience in the greggs. Would never recommend anyone to go in this particular branch.

Slowest service ever in any greggs ? got there when there was no queue, ordered and by the time my order got to me (2 items fyi and one was already ready to go) there was a queue of at least 6 people or more waiting to order….

Went in today the staff where beyond rude, I was served by a young man who didn’t say a single work to be. Despite me initiating a conversation. Then when I bit into my cheese and onion pastie it was stone cold.Work on customer service really needs work at this store
