Tables and toilet often dirty and unclean. I asked for our table to be cleaned as it was filthy but to no avail.

Coffee was good. Staff friendly. Good range of food available. Not huge inside, so might be hard to get a seat at lunch, bit if outside seating too. Stays open to a convenient latish time.

Had a "tuna melt" but It's like they put in filling and then scraped it all out again. Also they crushed the bread so it lost all semblance of the bread it used to be. From ciabatta to tortilla. Don't get me wrong, I do like tortillas but only when they're supposed to be tortillas! Coffee didn't taste great either. And arrived luke warm (not the fault of delivery driver, other places further away arrive in better condition even with extra stops).

Extremely rude and arrogant Indian lady (I think store manager) with no manners what so ever disrespectful to my wife this is outrageous 0 to nothing customer service

Always friendly service when I pop in to redeem my Vitality voucher each week. Had the salted caramel and pistachio frappe this time around. They advised no caffeine in this item but I think there was.

I was very disappointed at the service at Cafe Nero today. I was the invisible customer that waited patiently for my turn to be served. Both barristers ignore me and seem very joyful to serve the white customers that walked in . I was already having a terrible morning and all I wanted was a coffee. It’s really concerning that in 2023 , people can get away with behaving this way. Needless to say my coffee didn’t taste the same after that treatment.
