OMG!!! The service has declined so much at this store. Queues are horrendous and staff look and act as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Coffee still better than other establishments but they should do something to streamline service and get more efficient at serving customers. Right now it’s shambles!

Only 2 staff working, quite spacious and almost every single table was dirty.. I understand it was busy but the tables need to be cleaned also and did not find any bins apart from outside, they have hand sanitizer, the iced frappe drinks were not made that well.. overall quite dirty inside..

The worst service I have ever ever experience in any Costa throughout the UK an dubai was this 1, the waiter a Middle aged gentlemen was rude an uncooth an made us feel like a burden to order coffee i definitely will not ever go back here

Good Stuff... Service was quick, cheese and tomato toastie was delicious and staff were friendly(ish). Lots of seating space and decent location in a busy shopping centre.\\nNot Good Stuff... Thursday lunchtime was fairly quiet so the state of the seating area was surprising. Drinks spilled on the floor, several tables covered in litter and chairs could be High School throw-outs for the amount of stains and gum on them.

Had hot chocolate with cream on the top, it was amazing. The service was good. My wife had coffee latte, she liked it. Nice choice to take a break and recharge.

Easy to get in and out with the coffee you want. Although the premises is too dark and needs to be brightened up. The coffee is good the staff serve quickly and are pleasant - no worries

Toilets are super dirty, I have to say. Latte was made like coffee mixed with milk. Not even close to classic Costa branded latte. Guys, you have to work on keeping the such a big brand standards.

Stopped here for lunch after the Armory museum. It was recommended by one of the patrons from the museum. It did not disappoint.We ordered blue cheese burger for hubby and mushroom burger for me both perfectly cooked. The bun was light burgers have nice flavors.

Very nice place to just chill, they have a variety of drinks and food too. Staff are helpful and friendly, can get a bit busy at times but overall a nice place.
