Came here other times and it was ok. I came today and the service was terrible. I asked for a caramel Latte. They put the caramel Latte in a take away glass so I told them it was for eating in but instead of swapping the coffee to a regular mug they did like they didnt listen. After 1 minute waiting for them to realized I asked them if could I have a mug for my coffee and they asked me if I wanted a glass so I told them I didnt know as I dont know what is the usual container for a medium caramel latte. They gave me the glass so I poured it but the glass was too small. I ended up with an small mug and a glass. I also asked for porridge and they told me they didnt have spoons when in front of me there was plenty of Metallic spoons. They gave me the smallest spoon which actually was a bit useless for eating porridge as it was quite small.\\nDont know if they have a bad (everyone can have) day but terrible service today. Maybe they got angry because I just gave them 40 p. I dont know.

I tell you what..a great branch with some super-friendly staff. The store has benefited from a fresh lick of paint and a new furniture style too.\\n\\nTheir WiFi is temperamental - it wasn't connecting on the day of my visit.

One of my favourite Costa Coffee shops. Staff are always lovely. Takeaway only at the moment, but there is seating outside and several parks nearby if you want to sit and enjoy your drink.

It was very noisy with children screaming any running around. I go to coffee shops to relax and that wasn't my definition of relaxing. Next time I hope it will be better.

Very unhygienic.
They cross contaminated the toasted sandwiches. My friend was a vegetarian and they used the same knife to cut her toaster.
I’ve seen the staff manager touch the bins, cleaning outside tables and continue to make drinks with unwashed hands.
Pretty grossed out.

The only place worth visiting on South Ealing Road. Staff serving coffee are great.. Coffee too.. The only thing is they need to make sure not to touch top of the cup when drink is made. It's not hygienic..
