Fast service.Vegetarian options: Staff are friendly. But expect them to listen what we saying. Because I am telling the staff to inform them about the allergy and avoid mayo it took some time. I don't know what's their procedure is . Need to follow and act quickly when someone says allergy as well as avoid food waste.Dietary restrictions: I went for no mayo veggi burger. They work really fast. Before they informed about the allergy its ready. But they changed it as per the instruction.Parking: Opposite to Ealing Broadway shopping centre and next to TK MAXX and MorrisonsWheelchair accessibility: It got wheelchair accessible entrance and a lift for them.

Went there last week for a quick lunch. All Indian crew and they were shouting across in Indian language. Hardly see a local or any other race working there. Triple cheese burger arrived with my tea. The inside of the wrapper was covered with sauce and the burger looked old as if it has been unwrapped and added with more sauce. The tea bag label was torn away from the string and left on the tray. The patty was super salty and greasy. Service was poor as the Indian staff at the counter did not provide any napkins and only produced 2 pieces when asked. Extremely stingy and typical of Indian management. Food quality and quality of service always go down when this sort of people run the businesses. You would be better off eating in an indian takeaway than this place.

Fast efficient staff, the food is consistent McDonald's food that satisfy your burger and chicken nugget cravings. Atmosphere is loud during the busy times, and a great place to film a tiktok proposal rejection.

A bit busy, loads of coming and going delivery drivers. Good for a quick meal if you are in a hurry. Toiles are not up to standard. The main problem is when you need to wash your hand, you have to press the tap with one hand and wash one hand, then swap your hand and wash the other hand. It's not hygienic at all. No dryes. And there is no space for more than one person, but there are 2 basins.

Speed of service is terrible they have 1 manager habding out 30 odd orders. But one wil be 86 one will be 63. And im waiting for 78 and im now late for work waiting 20

Should be zero star if possible.Fries are cold, staffs are a mess. They don’t know what are they doing; not able to work on more than one order so they can only work on the latest one and assume what customer wants.I brought a cross-bun latte, gave me a cross-bun pie at first and i asked them for the correct item. The staff was so busy to follow that she completely forgot about what i want. Another staff randomly gave me a cup of normal latte and said that’s the one.A completely messy team.
