I order thru mcdonalds delivery app. And it was delivered by uber. I can clearly track my uber driver from this shop to my home. And when I received the bags, they were all intacy with tape and the receipt outside. I saw the box of the uber driver and nothing was left inside it. I got all the bags he delivered. when I opened it, I noticed I am missing 2 items inside. A sharing mozarella order and the dip. The mcdonalds app froze and its only showede white with the M. I called this shop and told my order is missing an item and i gave the 3 digit order in the receipt. They said they dont have this order and they are asking me to call the uber driver. No help at all. Will not orser McDonalds anymore if its coming drom this shop!

I went to alperton McDonald's and the customer service was very poor. One of the staff was very rude and refused to take £50 pound note. I had to cancel my order because it didn't had any change and card payment. I would not go again.

I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE EVERY DAY USING THE MCDONALD'S APP.I ALWAYS ORDER EXTRA STUFF TO CUSTOMISE MY BURGER.UNFORTUNATELY WHOMEVER WORKS IN THE KITCHEN DOESN'T CARE.I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE, ASKED FOR EXTRA ONION...THEY CHARGED ME, DID TWO DIFFERENT LABELS AND DID EXACTLY NOT WHAT I WANTED.I DON'T HAVE TIME TO COMPLAIN, BUT I'LL LEAVE A REVIEW:THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.I JUST LOST CASH SPENDING IT ON FOOD I DON'T WANT.DISGRACEFUL.YOU ROBBED MY MONEY GUYS...MIDDLE FINGER TO YOU FOR THAT.No one will fix my big Mac for me....?For mg to nearby kebab next time.At least they do the order right.
