Was ok, not the best Nandos branch I've dined in. Food was ok, cutlery box had dirty utensils mixed in so took a while to find a clean fork..spoons were awful.I am sure they will sort this and it was just a bad day at the office. Overall could have been better. Staff friendly and doing their job well..just the washing up needing work.

Back grill wasn't working so many items weren't available. Butterfly chicken was burnt on the underside. Booth for 10 people but no jugs of water available so the 2 people on the end had to keep getting out to fill the tiny glasses with water. Overall disappointing.

Placed an order at 8pm, was told about 90 minutes. By 10:20pm food still hasn't arrived, I get a call saying that the location 'has run out of wings and thighs' and that my entire order was cancelled. If you had run out of food, why wait 2hr+ to tell me? What a complete joke. Wasted my time completely and now plenty of stuff is shut. Guess where you can put the chicken that you supposedly don't have. What I guess is that they shut the doors at 10pm and don't want to fulfil any more orders, even if those orders were made at 8pm.

Originally went to Nandos in Park Royal, after attending bowling which had a queue outside. Kill-joy!! We then went to Ealing Nandos; the staff were 10/10. Gotta give a shout out to Rihanna (Rhi-Rhi) and the lady who brought out the birthday cake. I think she is the manager and if she's not, she needs a promo!The food came out at different times which was awkward at times, but with the staff being so attentive, it was forgotten about by the time the last person ate.

I'm very disappointed with my meal today. I ordered from deliveroo and the food took over an hour to come. The food was stone cold and not cooked properly. I paid over £20 and when asked for a refund I only got back £2. I would refrain from ordering from this Nandos they do not care for the food.

Excellent in all categories...tasty food, fast and courteous service, and electric vibe. There were 12 of us, and yet we all got our food brought to our tables without the orders getting mixed up. The portions are huge, and we ate to our belly's full.

Always missing something lately, called them and spoke before the delivery, and still missed one item one delivery and no napkins, tried to call back 5 times no answer, spoke to the national support in India, just offered refund and keep apologising every time and then doing same thing with missing item deliveries, one time I hade lady told me that she's is not required to put any napkins, or souce in sachet for the food.I think I'm going to try a nother branch hopefully they are better than you.
I’ve been here a hundred times and tonight they say you need to wait one hour for your food - wow! Was the best Nando’s but has been on a downward slope for a while. Last time we complained the garlic bread was burnt and cold, for it to be replaced with equally burnt and cold bread. Not sure why but this branch is very much on the way down.

First of all they take ages to get an order together. Whether it be small or big. I ordered loaded fries which I normally purchase on my lunch break and I’ve always been impressed with it but recently found a piece of nail that got stuck in between my tooth and cut my gum while trying to get it out. I don’t usually have problems with their food but it was truly disgusted and disappointed and will my last time I ever buy from there again

Had a great time! The manager Rodger managed to accommodate our large group which was highly appreciated. The food came on time and tasted great. All staff was friendly and cooperative considering we had a group of 20+ people. Thanks Rodger and team :)

Great service from Amir and whole team at Ealing Bond Street branch. Food was really finger licking and chips came hot and crispy. Floor well looked after and shift properly organized. Well done :)

Hygiene is questionable. We went yesterday at 8. Table was dirty, food scraps everywhere even menu card had food scraps. Asked someone to clean it , they clean only some of scraps. Even bottle of sauces were slippery. Toilet clogged.Other food was good but chicken wings was nt that good. I had been to other nandos. This is worst.
