This Starbucks has been newly refurbished and looks a treat. The cosy lighting and comfortable seating gives this place a most relaxing atmospheric place to go for a coffee and a chat. There’s even online access if you want to Skype.There’s tabled seating outside so if you get bored with all that chit chat you can view the magnificent Ealing Green across the road.

This is a newly-refurbished Starbucks. As such, they have prioritised mobile orders and stripped a little of the personality from the place. But it's not the worst place to have a coffee.

I’m a regular customer here and I sat down for barely 30 mins waiting for a friend. An employee came to my table aggressively tapping the table with a rude tone saying “you have to order something or leave”. I was waiting for somebody and I was going to order when they got here. Never coming here again!! Horrible service.

Stef was a superhero to our 9 year old who hit his head gawping at the London skyline. Stef grabbed a huge bag of ice and helped our little boy in his hour of need. Frappacinos and coffee great here too.

Ealing green starbucks is the best cafe..with a great service . I would like to thank the team for great service always and specially fatema, Eliza, Nora, Amita, wero, tyler, Michael, mani, Ray, Kian ..they all are so lovely.. and specially Amita in the morning is great service...even if she is busy she handle the situation so nicely and so calm. Well done. We love starbucks the green.

I recently visited this Starbucks location and found it to have a wonderful decor with plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness and overall ambiance were impressive.However, there was one drawback - the air conditioning was a bit too strong for comfort. It might be worth adjusting the temperature settings to ensure everyone's comfort.On a positive note, the person I believe to be the manager, a brunette with black glasses, is friendly, well-organized, and maintains a clean environment.One point of concern is her communication style, which involves speaking loudly to staff and clients. This can be quite disruptive for those using the coffee shop as a workspace.Overall, a great place with some room for improvement in temperature control and communication volume.

As a regular customer at this Starbucks store I was treated very poorly by Amrita. I order my usual venti ice Carmel latte almost every day from this Ealing branch. I rarely have an issue with my drinks but on this occasion I was not happy with how Amrita made my ice coffee and upon mentioning this she mentions that I always have an issue with my drink and when I said “no actually I really don’t”, she responded “even the manager knows this and said it”. Excuse me, I was not aware that asking for more ice in my drink was classified as having an issue with my drink or simply following Starbucks measurement guidelines which I am sure staff are trained for upon starting at Starbucks.I am very surprised Amrita said this about the store manager, based on what Amrita said it seems as though management and staff talk about customers behind their back regarding their preferences for drinks they are paying for. I am not sure how true this is however this is definitely not something to say to any customer, and clearly Amrita lacks basic customer service skills, let alone management skills. This is not the service standard for Starbucks for sure!As for the issue with my drink, Starbucks policy goes of the basis if a customer is not happy with their drink it would be remade. However, on this occasion Amrita was being very difficult about remaking my drink and even refused for it to be remade by someone else. Amrita was originally serving on the till but for some reason needed to make my drink once ordering it, after I realised there was something wrong with it I asked someone else to remake it and Amrita stopped then and said no I will just add more coffee to the drink. Sorry but I did not say I wanted more coffee, I said there was way to much milk that it tasted of milk and ice, this is nothing to do with the coffee strength hence I asked for it to be remade! Amrita did not want anyone to make the remake my drink and as a result said she would refund me instead causing inconvenience as I had travelled to Ealing for my usual coffee since I am not from this area. Clearly happy to waste customers time carrying out a transaction only to then refund it when my drink simply could have been made again properly.This is definitely not how you treat customers especially regular customers. Amrita was very rude, loud and had an attitude when talking to me causing a scene in front of other customers who were waiting to served but Amrita felt the need to stop serving customers for this when someone else simply could have remade it correctly for me in a few minutes.It seemed as though Amrita did not seem happy that I was unhappy with the coffee she had made which I paid over £4 and took offence to this. It is only a drink so I’m not sure why Amrita took offence when my drink had far too much milk it in and tasted horrible. Maybe take on further training on sb drinks rather getting offended if a customer is not happy with the drink you have made.Amrita was clearly displaying difficult behaviour even possibly having a bad day, regardless this has nothing to do with how she should be treating Starbucks customers, if her bad day is going to affect the way she speaks to customers and her work, Amrita should really consider a job which is non customer facing. Maybe this would be better for her!P.s. Before I even tried my drink I said it’s appears very light in colour and could tell too much milk was put in. Clearly the Starbucks measurements are not being followed as it seems Amrita makes the drinks however she feels like it measuring it off her mind instead of using Starbucks measurement guidelines. If Starbucks ever put Amrita to manage , they will probably eventually lose all their customers, clearly she does not have the basic skills to deal with customers, very unprofessional!

Went 10 minutes before closing and was served in a timely professional manner. Well done... Coffee Nero is better, but this is 2nd best for me.
