Customer service is really bad .Very rude and giving attitude her name was Natalie telling civilians to leave the Starbucks as she’s too lazy to serve anyone. She told us to leave because we hadn’t yet ordered anything but we were thinking about it. She needs to sort her attitude out threatening innocent people. DO NOT COME HERE.

It's closing at 6pm but doesn't matter you go 2 or 1 hour before closing, they always are telling you that the oven is not working. This is happening since 3 weeks ago and I don't understand why they are so lazy for work. You can see how Costa is full and here is total empty. I think you have to do a little change. Thanks for nothing.

It not my first time here never had a problem. Me and my friends come here joined three tables so we could all seat together, then I go order, the manager herself tells me wether my friends gonna order, I told her I don’t know maybe. I am taken a back by her question I am in the middle of ordering then you ask me about other people? She tells me they have to order cause we are occupying three tables and I said yeah but there are plenty other tables available anyways. First of all maybe u should wait for a few minutes to see if the rest are ordering or not then interrogate me! (There is another group of student which have their own food and drinks with them and no one is questioning them!) Why me and my friends being targeted for no good reason? Why the discrimination I wonder Be better. Thank you

Came in fancing a coffee today with a friend as it was a cold day . After paying for my drinks the lady told us we couldn't eat our lunch in there despite us paying for the drinks. A bit weird as I've had lunch here with a coffee before. But I told her we'd put the food away when I get back to the table. I couldn't even sit down with my order and tell my friend before the south asian guy stormed over and told us to put away our food. After putting everything away we couldn't relax as he kept watching us. The whole situation as was a bit uncomfortable. And people outside were eating food bought from outside the store with no problem, so it felt a little weird. If you want to have a coffee without feeling watched I'd recommend going somewhere else.
