Our first visit here and will be our last! Service was average but dumplings warm and not hot and then ordered mains and my wife’s prawn green curry arrived quite quickly and was ok, not many prawns. My steak and noodles took another 6 minutes to arrive and noodles were not hot. Sent food back and it took 13 minutes for a fresh plate to arrive and then steak was cooked well done and not medium rare. We think it was the same steak cooked a bit more, they denied this. Lost all interest and my wife had long finished her food by then. Manager was not very accepting of our complaint. We will not be returning, very disappointing.

Been before, it was okay. On my visit today not only did the host leave us at the door, he did not ask about allergies until we had already ordered food, also forgot to give us menus. When I asked about ordering something for takeaway he asked if I wanted it ready now or when we were going to leave. Even though I said I would like it when it was ready I didn’t receive the takeaway order until I was about to leave. Beer was warm, not even room temperature. Food was regular Wagamama standards no complaints there. Overall service could be a lot better. There was a lack of care for the service provided which was very evident. I saw a group of staff standing around talking instead of clearing tables and plates. Had to pack my own soup for takeaway. Waited for over 15 minutes for the table to be cleared and then had to wait even longer for the bill. That would be understandable except the restaurant had 5 tables of no more than 4 on each table. Not busy at all. More than enough floor staff to cater to the customers. Definitely one of the worst Wagamama’s I’ve been to. Would not go again.

My partner and I had such great time eating delicious food at Wagamama. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. Well done guys ! Big thank you for ANYA to go above and beyond in customer service.

I arrived at 9:30 to eat. It closed at 10 they said I was okay too eat. No one came to serve me and I was left there to wait for 15 minutes. Just because it’s nearly closed doesn’t mean i should be ignored. My dumplings arrived cold and my steak was over done it was meant to be rare and it was so tough. This is really upsetting as this is not a cheap place to eat it was really not worth the visit:(

I was very impressed with the service in your Ealing Broadway branch, I had taken my cousin there who was on holiday from the USA, he had an allergies to shirmps, and they made sure that my cousin was ok and gave him so much attention and support during the evening and reassured him that they would not contaminate his food with other orders, was very surprised with the whole experience. Well done to all the team in Ealing Broadway

Pretty poor overall. Bags and accessories for deliveries took up much of the restaurant and made you feel like you were imposing. Service was both too quick and too slow. Staff too quick to want to take food orders, even after we asked for a few minutes to decide they were back on us. Then my partners meal was so slow coming, I’d finished 80% of my main by the time she told them to not bother (she went to pret instead) Really weird experience, can’t see us going back

They've got really fancy food selections specially the Prawn Dumplings like I am absolutely in love with those. My mate however loved the Mix Mushrooms (They got mushrooms in two mini soft buns with Aubergine). I have tried two main course so far and as I have strong urges for very sessional food I felt it didn't have enough taste to it. Maybe because its like a broth bowl noodles so maybe all the flavours got diluted. I came here to try different dishes and will properly continue to try new dishes but so far two dishes I won't buy again because It didn't hit for me but however those people who are not to keep om favours can try these and they'll propbably will enjoy it. I only got them because they looked very well presented but I guess not all well presented food will have lots flavours as I expected. The first time I ordered was Chilli Prawn Kimchee Ramen and the second time I ordered was a Vegan Menu Kare Burosu Ramen which was nice don't get me wrong but didn't have enough taste to it for me. I'm sorry guys but I can't lie about my food. The Dumplings 10/10 the Mix Mushrooms 10/10 but they need to work on their mains to give it a bit more taste in seasoning situation and not leave it to bland like Gordon Ramsey says. Over will go there again and try other dishes and hopefully one will hit the spot so I can order that next when I go there. \\u003d)

We ordered a Deliveroo Wagamama for Dinner on Sunday 20th June. It was so disappointing. Granted - the starters of Ebi Katsu and Tama Squid was lovely. However the mains (Chilli Sirloin Steak / Chicken Ramen) was BLAND. The Steak was overdone and tough.. The soup had no taste and the entire meal was lacking. We were so looking forward to our meal. We were so disappointed. Wagamama - you can do better :-(

Last time I went to wagamama was probably 6 years ago and I didn't really like it as then there wasn't much vegan/vegetarian options even though they had tofu, the food still tasted rather bland and not much creativity or taste textures. After 6 years, I decided to try it again as i have been recommended by my friends to try out their new menu. I must say, it was actually completely opposite to how I remembered it. There's vegan ribs which is so worth trying, it was delicious! My main that I ordered however did lack in spice. I ended up adding a bit more soy sauces and other sauces that was left on the table to bring out some flavours. I wouldn't call it completely bland however it wasn't filled with spices either. Would I come back here? Yes I will definitely come back but making sure there's more spices added into the food. The staff were very polite as well. I had a good time\\u0026experience. They also had the vegan orange cake which I tried, really enjoyed it with some green tea.

Great food as usual and great service. Tried the shu's 'shiok' chicken for the first time, it was delicious. Raisukaree is one of my favourite and the avant garden was tasty too. They have great vegan options especially the sticky vegan 'ribs'
