I do have a weakness for McDonald's but when you unwrap the burger it looks nothing like the lovely photos in the store. Make the photos more realistic or improve the actual creation of the burgers.

One of the cleanest and nicest McDonalds we have been to thus far! The staff were always polite and courteous. We came very early one morning and the upstairs was not yet unlocked. The staff saw we were in a bit of a pickle and immediately came over and unlocked the door and held it so we could go up and eat. All of our food was prepared correctly (we have dietary restrictions and have to modify orders) without any mistakes. Very pleased!

Don’t order or go to this MacDonalds. It happened twice that my food was cold when it arrived, no straw for my drink or the sauces that I paid for. Had to throw food worth £40. Disgusting ?

Before placing my food order, I urgently needed to use the restroom. As I waited for another customer to exit, the manager, who must have been monitoring the CCTV, hurried over just as the other customer left. She even asked the person to close the door on me. When I expressed my need to use the facilities, she bluntly stated that only paying customers were allowed to use them. It's not like I could eat in the WC! When I emerged, she was nowhere to be seen. It was a distressing encounter at a McDonald's that clearly lacked customer service. Awful management and customer service.
