Absolutely disgusting people who work at McDonald's sixfields in Northampton all they care about is getting the just eat food out and don't care about the customers who are at there restaurant. Ordered my food to come to me out in the click and go station and it tooked ages so I went in to get told that someone came out to us that's a absolutely lie unless my car magical disappeared from there and I went somewhere else but never moved. And then get my food stone cold and when we complained all they did was go around the corner for five minutes to come and give me the same bloody food. I will never go to that McDonald's ever again they need to sort out there staff and have some on just eat and some who are serving the public not everyone wants to be at home eating McDonald's.\\nRant over.

Sick to death ordering macdonalds order never right we orded 3 large meals only 2 chips .sweet chilli bites no sauces with it also 2 sweet n sour sauces that didn't come either absolutely useless. I never complain but this isn't the first time it's happened

Five occasions of delivery items have been missing , once a chicken burger, once a cheeseburger happy meal, only drink enclosedbut rest of order there. All the fries missing from 5 meals when dining in and another time all drinks missing from delivery order. The food is not always hot which you can expect from delivery but no excuse when dining in. This restaurant needs to get its act together and sort out why there are many occasions of missing items. If it has happened to myself on numerous occasions, how many more people have had the same problem? I know of at least 3 others. The only thing good I can say about this branch is that the staff are pleasant and willing to help.

This place is deteriorating fast. I've had food poisoning twice in the past two weeks. Both times it occurred 24 hours later and I believe its due to hygiene procedures not being followed. Slap dash burgers that look like a five year old constructed and wrapped and cold fries.\\n\\nI work for a restaurant group and have never had to leave a poor review against Macdonalds and its not something I'm quick to want to do either.\\n\\nHead office will be contacted.

Disgusting experience. Asked through driveway for sweet chilli they did not and then counter people said if i want sweet chilli i need to pay 40 p where as several time told them to add. They gave me hot chocolate which is disgusting muddy water no hot chocolate was there. I had to run for my appointment and it was too late to go back for change. Called in store to inform make sure they check before they give\\n\\ntheir product to customers. He introduced himself store manager and dont even apologisinstead saying to me his machine working perfectly fine. I can come back all the way from my house to go back to his store to get hot chocolate . What on earth we are living. Where as they care about 40 p but i spent my £6.00 but rubbish service with disgusting drink which made me sick

Yeovil McDonald's are advertising things on a menu that we can't even order ?, I went yesterday and they didn't have any milkshake or any lemonade so had to order an unwanted coke. I've gone to order again today for a breakfast and still no frappe and they are Xmas ones we have two branches and they are both incredibly rubbish why promote something if your not going to deliver to ur customers worst McDonald's here in Somerset

I did pay for egg muffin meal . I was waiting 20 minutes for the order collection at the till. Like me 20 people was waiting. I just asked how long I’m need to wait. The manager Kerry said, you don’t have to wait. I will give you refund. I said her, don’t want refund. McDonald's in walkden should be shut down . Food is always cold and always missing some of the order when ordering online . They also have alot of the delivery bags left just sitting so hardly surprising that the food is always stone cold . Really bad customer service . Manager doesn't care.

We have just received a stone cold delivery from your Andover branch in New Street. I am a 68 year old female who has just had an operation today and my neighbour who is disabled. We can't afford to throw away £15 on food that is inedible. I am going to report your Andover branch for breach of trading licence. Food is supposed to be edible, this was disgusting.
Regarding to your Parkhead glasgow store... its an absolute joke and run by a bunch of absolute clowns!!! Third night in a row orders are wrong and short of items! My daughter like to play the monopoly game ... our fries, drinks and my burger had all the stickers taken off .... we spend alot of mo ey per week and 95% of the time (no eggsaturation) the order is wrong! I've worked in fast food for 20 years and this place is a zoo when it comes to staff. If u can't put a si gle order together that's on an order that infront of you on a packing screen you shouldn't work there!

Just got a 2 meals from McD's Brighton Marina. Fries were lukewarm and rubbery. Complained to manager, who replaced them with same standard!!The Big Tasty in the same order was of the same standard, lukewarm. Not acceptable for whats suppose to get a premium product.If this is how you train your managers and approach customer service , it leaves alot to be desired.

hiif i could post no stars i would,your mcdonalds on the wirral,upton,is a disgrace ,i think you should pay them a surprise visit as the food is uneatable,they do not care less about you,as i found out when i still had not recieved my net order at 2 plus hours,so i jumped in my car to see what the hell was going on ,i putthe order in a 6pm by 8pm nothing so thats why i went there myself ,and had a wright royal fall out were i ended up losing my temper but i forget to tell them the reason i oreded off the net is because of covid 19 yes so i wnt up there,so there is a very good chance all your staff might get covid off me,plus when i asked the girl why are the people who handle the food not waring thin blue golves she told me they are not allowed,so i said well how do you know they wash there hands after the toilet they are clean she said because u have blower fryers just to let you know aslo i am iso approved.anyway its midnight and still no food even thow your website says it was delivered at 9.15 as if it had arrived my security systerm would have recored it,so in short you have lied in saying the food arrived .so i guess you either take a surprise visit there or sack the managers there as they dont know what they doing one manger even turned round and walked away total disgrace and whats even better its all recored in pics and audio

Went to McDonald's in shepherd's bush Green my god there so rude and it looks like the staff don't understand a simple word of English, really I am surprise the staff even have there job still with that nasty service that they pervade nasty nasty set of people Mcdonald have hired to work for them seriously to make it worst to get back at me as a customer one staff bite into my apple pie to get back at me as a revenge so so childish for some reason there would get away with this yea watch me with them i am not joking no way
