Visited here whilst staying nearby for the weekend. We had a tastecard so had 2 4 1 on all courses. The restaurant was very quiet on arrival (bank holiday Sunday evening) and remained so during the evening. The food was excellent (we had starters and mains each) and came in good time. The service was at times a little slow as it appeared a stock take was going on at the time. We were too full for dessert this time. Loved up to the Bella Italia brand well.

We visit Bella italia Beckton with my family. Food was delicious.Outstanding service from Renata , she is absolutely amazing working just by herself on the floor and still providing excellent service.

Food was only Luke warm. There was only one young serving which was absolute madness on a Friday afternoon. We spent over 2 hours there waiting and had to get up to grab the poor waitress everytime. Won’t be going back. Very disappointing

I came here with my husband last week Sunday because we had a gift card to use. We came in and sat down really quickly and were given menus and we decided to order what we wanted. We then called the waitor over and we told her what we wanted. The drinks came really fast and my husband and I looked at the drinks and realised they gave us wrong drinks when we ordered lemonde and mango drinks and they gave us a different drink. We called them over and told them this and they gave us our correct drinks. Then we waited for the started and the starter i got tasted amazing i would give a 7/10 for it. Then our main meals came, my one came pretty fast but I should have ordered a mushroom pizza instead and I ordered a magherita one, it tasted alright not that great. My husband didn't get his food after ages and we said that they forgot about it. We called one of the waitor over and told her that hes waiting for his bologanaise and they said ok one moment and she came back again and she asked is it the vegan bologanaise and my husband said yes it is. They had forgotten his main meal. It didn't taste good at all the bologanaise. We realised that when the 1st waitor came to our table to order she thought the pizza was for both of us thats why she did ask if I wanted sauces with it. The waitors did ask us if everything was ok and we said it is. The dessert though was delicious i ordered cookie dough which was delicious so so good 10/10. The service was quick and th3 staff were friendly but there was clearly a lack of communication between the two waitors and the chef over the meals we ordered. For that I will have to give a 0/10.

Bad experience. The waitress didn't know much about the menu, bottle of Corona came with a bottle stopper like lime rather than a slice. I definitely prefer starters in other places than this. Would never go back to this Bella Italia ever again. Been to others they had much better menu and ambiance

Food was incredible! Lady at the front who gave us our table she was always on her phone having her own conversation. The chef put the food out and she was too busy on her phone to notice the food was sitting there waiting to be sent off.

It wasn’t quiet when we visited but the 2 waitresses made sure we had everything we needed and the food came out quickly thank you

I really had stressful day and my friend took me to Bella Italia. Mistakenly I ordered food which contains pork, but the staff Ruthy was so kind enough to change to different food. I really impressed with her extra mile service. Keep up the good work.

Visited Bella Italia today and had a wonderful time! I really enjoyed getting few cocktails and having some really nice pasta. But what made my visit even better was the exceptional customer service from Renata. She did a great job explaining me the menu (Italian food is fairly new to me) and considered my allergies! It’s really rare to find good customer service these days but I must say that she absolutely exceeded it! 5/5 will return again! Ciao!
