This is now the second time within two months I’ve visited Henley. The first time I asked for a soya hot chocolate and the staff gave me the drink but assumed I wanted normal whipped cream, to which I could not have hence me ordering soya. Today I went in for a hot chocolate again told the staff I wanted a soya hot chocolate with no whipped cream. I was then given the hot chocolate and after last time I said is this the soya one to which I got a reply no I didn’t get told to do soya. They made me a new one but I wasn’t convinced it was soya so again a waste of money and not an enjoyable experience. Anyone with ALLERGIES avoid this costa!!!!
