Absolutely rubbish customer service the people there are so rude and clearly can’t handle a large group of people in the shop . I waited 20minutes for my food only to be told cash only when I told them again and again I can only do Apple Pay .

Honestly one of the best chicken shop i’ve had!! i bought their pizza, burger and wings and the way the flavours were IMMACULATE, not even joking it was too good! i would definitely go again, especially now that they sell karak chai too!! amazing service

Normally, they are very good, orders come fairly quick, food is reasonable price for the excellent taste that you get, and staff are polite. So this should be one of the best chicken places, however, I ordered a pizza today, no chillies, but they gave chillies! I mean, how can they get an order like that wrong, it is just stupidness, anyways, I hope Dixy’s is reading this review right now because this is one thing they need to improve on, anyways hope you take this review seriously and fix up, anyways peace out
Customer service is very poor. The guy in the counter takes card payments only if we buy food for more than 10 pounds. The guy has an arrogant nature and he behaves with disrespect to the customers.

Freshly made, took a while, still wasent all that tbh. Not worth the visit.A remember a time not long ago this place used to do mini strip burgers, was really nice, they don’t have them anymore, well Dident see any on the menu. Food quality had gone down over the years.
