Went to collect a bag (too good to go) on 7th of March 2024 collection time was between 19:30 - 20:00, went there at 19:20, the shop was closed, it is not the first time when the staff are doing this. Official closing time is 20:00, not 19

2 cashiers working today at 7:45am one called me then disappeared and started taking food out the bakery machine. Why you going to call me and make me wait? While other cashier started serving the customers behind me. Customer service appalling. I let that go then i had a bite of my cheese and onion pastry and it was rock solid and cold so went back and she’s like we can’t warm it up due to the weather and start smiling? What does weather have to do with baking inside? Who hires these people? Greggs need to look into these uneducated people.

Poor customer service and training. Every week some new issue with using o2 priority. Today told you cant use o2 priority codes unless you have greggs app as "thats how its redeemed. Several times being questioned like she is police by older asian lady as to validity of o2 codes and having to go back on phone to prove I am using the o2 app. When questioned on this she goes it is company policy. No other greggs does this must be a special branch.

I lost everything saturday, I had enough to hold back the tears and pain but she made me a hot pizza expect of the cold one, even though I didn’t request it, that brought warmth and enough for me to see the bright in a dark day!
