had a delivery from uber eats from this place buns were stale food was cold and chips were cold and soggy burgers were overcooked and rubbery and nuggets were over cooked put in complaint to mcdonalds they couldn't care less we call a shower of sh*t....

Today at McDonald's. Totally disappointing. Been served by Kristina today '' management staff\\\" Total no interest in her job. Explain that this warp is normal not offered exchange but got the refund and left hungry. My opinion is that it is overcooked and \\\"empty\\\". Would not recommend a previously infested closed location, the restaurant not improving in services and food quality.

Never had I experienced such a bad service, I was not paying attention to my order number and this woman Deimute had such an attitude when I asked if my order was ready... then she started making fun of me to her colleagues imitating me, Never again will I come to this place in particular. I've always enjoyed mcdonalds and never in my life would I think a manager would act like this

Staff Spotted my daughter and gave her a balloon, very quick and fresh service. Nice table service also lovely woman asked if everything was okay and was friendly with my daughter.

I was extremely hungry after late night shift so directly went to grab a meal and wanted to eat healthy and order grilled chicken salad from drive thru and repeated my order atleast 3 times and still got it wrong . I got chicken selects instead ?\\u200d♀️. In was forced to eat unhealthy oily food because it was around 12:45 Friday and didn’t had much options.

We went there last Monday 2nd of May. Wrong order,the wraps had 1 single chicken piece and no salad,just a few small chips inside the happy meals and half containers in ours .Went Home and started cooking as we were all absolutely starving. Usually we go to gallions reach one which is far far better.never again here.

Poor girl on her first late shift was receiving no help from other members of staff - meaning that a medium sized order of happy meals and coffee went cold. took a good 25 minutes to get food and it was cold by the time we got it lol

As usual taste was amazing and amazing customer services.Store was clean and tidy.Highly Recommended and sitting area was really clean.

Absolutely disgusting! MAGGOTS EVERYWHERE! Falling from the ceiling, all over floor, tables, chairs. Could easily fall onto customers and into food. Needs to be shut down until it problem has been resolved & throughly cleaned & sanitary enough to be opened again.

Service was a bit slow on the till. Gave up in exasperation and ordered from the machine. Got my meal quickly. Why do the staff not add tomato ketchup with the meal? And why are they so frugal with it? It is pain to get up after your first bite and go and stand in the queue to request for a miniscule tub of tomato ketchup which does not last for even half a tub of chips!!
